From the Doctor on down, all of the care team members have treated me very kind. They were very helpful and even let me do things on my own timing. No contracts and permanent commitments that cost money to break if the program isn’t working. I am hoping for a positive outcome. I will be commenting further as time progresses. Carlos Romero should be recognized for outstanding customer service. I called him to let him know I was out of town on friday and need my refill prescription before then. He quickly followed up with the pharmacy and found out they were out that product so moved it to another pharmacy that had it available and could expedite shipping. He called me back to inform me and that was so much appreciated. I feel he made the extra effort to help me and kept me informed along the way. I will definately recommend LifeRx to everyone I know as they have great pricing and excellent customer service.
