The best gym!!! Been a member for over a month and love going here...Steve and the guys are always friendly and greeting you with a smile. Place is clean and tidy, you can get some serious gains here 💪.....There is also a physiotherapist onsite.

A welcome change to the usual main-stream mirrored, posser corporate gym - leaving said gym nameless. Credit to Dan and the team in building a great gym and relaxed atmosphere, with all the required tin to "whale on the pecs". Rock on!

i've only been signed up for a few months now but wish i found this place earlier. its incredible, eveyone seems to be friends and are really willing to help and share knowledge. its made training a whole lot more enjoyable and getting mean results as a side effect

Invictus- The people’s gym, is hands down the BEST gym I have been to! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help out. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inclusive, making it a great place to work out and meet new people. I have never been so comfortable at a gym in Auckland before. I can't speak highly enough of Strong Factory, its facilities and the staff. Headed by Dan (the man!) they've always been happy to answer any questions I have, no matter how basic or complex! As a cricketer, sport-specific movements and strengthening as oppose to bulking for the sake of getting bigger has been a crucial part of my development as a player. Socially, I also feel very nervous entering gym spaces as a non-traditional gym user. The atmosphere at Strong Factory exudes positive energy because the foundation of the gym is built on a respect for people that make an honest effort to be the best they can be. It's a simple mantra and one that makes being a member so fun. Churr, can't speak highly enough of the place!

Have lifted here for almost a year now. Super friendly and helpful staff, other members are friendly, equipment is all pretty new with plenty of free weights and machines to go around for everyone. The have a proper deadlift deck and squat racks aplenty. Membership fee is really affordable with dedicated parking and 24hr access. This is by far the best gym I've trained at In Auckland. Can't recommend enough

I love this gym. Value for money, friendly vibes, Dan and Steve are both fabulous. Lots of space, free weights and machines, plus a new addition of a manually powered treadmill. In house physio is great too.

I've tried a few gyms over the years but none really seemed to stick. This gym is pretty unique, they've got all the gear you'll need (ain't no body got time for treadmills) but more importantly the other members are ace - you become mates, you all have a laugh and then support each other while you're all hitting max lifts. Since joining Strong Factory in October 2014 I've become the strongest and most confident I've been in my life. I'm hitting some big lifts that I definitely wouldn't have at other gyms. If you're wanting to become the strongest version of yourself I cannot recommend Dan and the crew at Strong Factory enough.

Started coming to Strong Factory over a year ago and have never regretted it one little bit. Dan and his crew are second to no one in advice and support around training to get strong or to get fit. I started at this gym as a wee manlet boy and grew into power-lifting machine. I couldn't ask for much more from a gym - Has all the top equipment and tools one needs to grow and get strong from. Highly recommend Strong Factory to anyone that's into lifting weights - The gains are plenty in this environment don't hesitate it's worth a look.

What a great Gym, StrongFactory has a no bullsh!t atmosphere. The Staff and members are friendly and helpful, everyone is trying to attain their goals but will stop and take the time to help you achieve yours. Everyone is made to feel welcome here no matter if you are zero or hero. The equipment is high quality and forever changing and improving, The environment is a post industrial ghetto chic. Suggestions by members are taken seriously by management and often acted upon. Go here. You wont regret it.

I've been in and out gyms for the past few years as a member and a trainer, hands down Strong Factory has everything you need whether you're an elite athlete or just a beginner. As a trainer, being able to provide my clientele with a wide variety of programs, exercises and training regimes the options in SF are endless. The members are friendly, and there's no catwalk for douche bags displaying the latest fashion in sports attire. I couldn't ask for a better bunch of guys to work with either, these guys are always happy to help or just chat and have sporting backgrounds and achievements that actually exist if you Google them, unlike the many I have worked with in the past. So there's a wealth of knowledge, experience and music my clients won't stop raving about. Barbells Everywhere! Keep it up Strong Factory!!

What an awesome Gym ! I have always struggled getting onto the fitness track and I have tried many different places and experiences. The team at this gym was just the right one to help me get on the right track towards my life. Especially, Steve, who I have the honour of having as my personal trainer. His guidance, experience, support and understanding have helped me change my life for the better. Previously I could barely be motivated to lose a kilo but in 6 weeks I had lost nearly 6KGs! Absolute best gym ever. This place is run by amazing people, has super kind, knowledgeable and helpful trainers, the members are so friendly too. I used to dislike going to other gyms because of all the staring and judgement but this gym is nothing like that, it's just welcoming and friendly. Plus dogs are allowed. It's basically Christmas every day there ❤😍 cannot recommend this place enough!!

Great gym, been going here for years now. New owners Fawad and Kim are really turning this place around with tons of new better equipment, fresh paint job and other changes. They always say hello and ask how your day is going when you come in, and you can always rely on Steve for a good yarn and some training pointers. I have several gyms way closer to my home but I keep coming here for a reason!

Im 40+ years young, been doing physical activities more than half my life, joined many gyms and this by far is my favorite. Great environment for training and working out. Got everything i needed and more. No egos just people on the grind doing their thing. Friendly atmosphere. Thanks to The Peoples Gym i was able to maintain my burger and pie a day diet and still lost 10 kgs. Shout out to the Tukaha fams there for letting me roll with them. I wish you guys the best for 2020 👍✌
