Could not have been better!! from the ease of being picked up from our hostel and the guides who were funny, and great photographers, everything was perfect! We had an amazing trip with Abbot, he was so lovely and explained a lot about the volcanic activity/history in Nicaragua and traditional ceremonies of the village Masaya.
We visited the volcanic platform at day and sunset which was very interesting to see the differences.

We had an excellent trip to Masaya Volcano where we saw the view both in daylight as well as at night. Abbott was an exceptional guide with great knowledge of the history of the area. He was also amazing at hearing all the different birds in the area & pointing them out. You will not be disappointed with this trip.

They are really easy to coordinate with and great communicators. Erick was our guide for birding and the white towns tour. He is super knowledgeable and grew up locally here so he could answer every question we had.

I was surprised how much is actually handmade and how the coffee company actively contributes to the bio-diversity and up forestation! Our guide was super kind and very enthusiastic about every question we had and showed us a lot of the fauna and flora, too. Can completely recommend!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked the Tigrillo Mombacho Volcano hike and a coffee tour through Next Adventure Nicaragua. The booking process a very easy and the prices are reasonable. They made it very easy to show up and not have to worry about a thing. The coffee tour was very informative and the hike was amazing. We were very lucky that it was clear at the top of the volcano. Both guides were informative and knowledgeable.

We did a bike tour around the city which was really excellent and we saw a lot of the city, ending at a chocolate museum. They also put together a custom made tour so we could do a trek of Mombacho volcano, zipline tour, and the night viewing of Masaya Volcano all in the same day. Really excellent communication with the guys at Next Adventure, and Moses was a really excellent guide.

Great experience to go out with Eric. The communication beforehand with Next Adventure Nicaragua was perfect and Eric was well on time at our hotel where we could first eat our breakfast at ease.Then we got an explanation about the island and Eric showed us on the map where we are and go during our trip.We did the tour to the Casada San Ramon (waterfall). Along the way we stopped regularly and Eric shared all kinds of facts about the flora and fauna. The children (7 and 12) also thought he was fantastic.After a good lunch, part 2 of our tour was a visit to Ojo de Agua. We were really spoiled there. While Eric took care of our drinks and watched our stuff we could swim. And he made sure we got back to our hotel in time to enjoy the beautiful sunset.This was our second trip with Next Adventure Nicaragua and they surpassed themselves again. You really get value for money and a casual full-day program. Just like last time we had a private tour with just our family. I can recommend anyone with children to do the same.

From the very beginning to end: 10/10 + brownie points to boot!! We booked a few activities with Next Adventure Nicaragua:1. the Night Tour at Masaya: really cool to see the glow of lava!! And seeing steam coming from small hot pockets along our trail; it was interesting to witness, coming from the Arctic. 2. Chocolate Tour: leaning about the preparation of chocolate to making your own little chocolate bar was fun, and so was our host. 3. Zip lining on Mombacho Volcano, the guys were great with clear instructions, felt super safe and free, good for everyone!! You walk downhill yo the first platforms, then zipline further down the hill. Once you’ve completed the 5 ziplines, it’s another 5 minute walk downhill where a bus picks you up and drops you back where you started. So it’s good for anyone to take part in. We had a great time!! Booking with Next Adventure Nicaragua was one of the best choices we made. Moses was helpful in making suggestions and helping to get us organized with what activities we wanted to do, patient with all the questions I had, and answered all of them. Even sent me a video on how to make the booking as I kept reserving the wrong packages. They picked us up and dropped us off, they made it effortless and convenient for your travels in every way!!! Great team, great spirit! So many options of activities to choose from, sorry we didn’t have more time to do more!! Thank you guys for everything!!!!

We did a rum tasting tour and then went up to Masaya Volcano to see the lava lake! We had an amazing time!! Moises was so friendly and knowledgable and walked us through the history behind the rum and explained all the different types and tastes to us. And then when we went up to the volcano he explained more of the history there too, and seeing the lava lake was incredible!! Definitely recommend booking a tour with them!

Next Adventure organized a three day trip for us and exceeded our expectations. We hiked two active volcanoes and sledded down one of them. Zip lining. Local community tour and dip in Apoyo lake. Everything was well organized and super fun. Moises is the man! Such an amazing tour guide. He is very knowledgable about Nicaragua, he has great local connections, and is really friendly. Even got to meet his lovely family. All of which just added to our great experience. Highly recommend.

Next Adventure is the reason why we had such an amazing time in Nicaragua! Alfredo arranged a last minute three day itinerary to include everything we wanted to see and do including transport. Moises was an amazing tour guide that was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. While we loved everything we did there, do not miss Cerro Negro or Monbacco volcano and zip line. Very unique and beautiful experiences that I will remember for the rest of my life.

We did the mombacha trail tour and it was amazingMoses brought us from our hostel to the starting point and after a cool ride in the back of a pickup truck up the hill we could start our hike! Our trail guide Alex took us all the way to the top while sharing some amazing info and nice stories. (He was also an amazing photographer:p) After the hike, being hunty and sweaty, moses took us to a great cafe for some real nica food and drinks. It didn't stop there, we had some time to spare so he showed us some amazing spots in the pueblos blancos, let us try some nica candy and drinks and took is to an amazing sightseeing spot.This was one of the most amazing tours we did here in nicaragua and moses is a great and kind tourguide we would join for a tour again in an instant!
