These GOL pumps are an excellent design and produce excellent water flow for deep well applications. My pump was shipped fast and arrived with the best well pump packaging I have ever seen. Pump Supermarket took the time to secure the pump in a sturdy wooden box so that the pump would not get damaged during shipping. I was very impressed. Steven worked with me over the phone to select the right pump prior to ordering and shipping. His technical knowledge is outstanding and thanks to him I have now found my go to retailer for my well pumps. Thanks Steven and Pump Supermarket for the excellent customer service .

Pricing of pumps is competitive with other sites, shipping was fast and free. I had a couple questions about the setup I was installing and they were able to get me the help I needed to complete my installation. I can’t really say anything negative about my experience outside of them using the world’s cheapest styrofoam packing peanuts which make a terrible mess when you open the box. Also not being able to sign the door tag for UPS (it was required to be in person) delayed me getting my pump by a few days since they like to deliver when I’m at work. If you’re like me maybe just have them hold it at a location so you can sign instead of playing tag for 3 days.
