5 star service. Brought my ebike in for a shifting issue and expected to drop it off. They said they can fix it while I wait. They did that , adjusted the rear brake and the seat. IN and out in about 20 minutes. I recommend them 100%.

My son got a Surron Light Bee X. He is 14 and tall. The staff was so helpful explaining good options and talked with him about safety. They delivered it to us and he couldn't be happier. Thank you for all your help.

Noah’s birthday 🎉 We ordered our son a brand-new Mongoose BMX bike for his birthday, and it arrived in a box needing full assembly. I was short on time and after about 40 minutes of struggling to get the brakes adjusted properly, I decided to call Let’s Roll Bike Shop in Columbia Miss May at the front desk took care of us right away and had the brake issue fixed within seconds. I got a used Velotric Discover 2 at a steal. I have been e-biking for years and decided to get an upgrade. The in-store staff is friendly and answered my questions while shopping for a new bike. The quality of the bikes are high, and it is reassuring that with this purchase, I can come in anytime to get any repairs and maintenance. It'll save me plenty of time and effort in the future. This is my second time buying a dirt bike , I purchased a 79bike Falcon GT and two months later I got a Surron Ultra Bee Dave and the guys at the shop answered all my questions and are always there for me when I need help with something I would recommend Let’s Roll to all my friends and this won’t be the last time I buy something from them I am very pleased with my purchase the Ultra Bee is literally my dream bike!

I had originally gotten an e ride pro ss 2.0 from them in 2024. The factory for e ride had messed something up on my bike and it wouldn’t fix no matter what. However, we got in contact with let’s roll and they reached out and got me a brand new bike for our troubles. They are super nice guys over there. Great customer service and pricing. My husband & I knew only a little about e-bikes. Mae was very knowledgeable. She showed us how to use each e-bike. We were able to test ride each bike. I even rode my favorites again so I was able to narrow down my decision. I'm grateful we were not pressured into purchasing on the spot. I ended up buying an e-bike that day but my husband needed more time. He returned a week later & bought from Let's Roll. We are having a blast riding them. We look forward to many miles. I'm grateful we can come here & Mae can service our e-bikes.

4 of us rented e-bikes today for 4 hours. We rented 2 Aventon Advention fat tire bikes and 2 Aventon Pace bikes. It was he first time on an e-bike for all of us. We had a blast! The trail was nice . We would do it again. I said I will never ride a normal bike again! Thank you Let’s Roll rentals in Columbia for a great time.

Renting ebikes at Let's Roll was very easy online. If you have questions, just call and ask. Staff is very accommodating. I had to switch days and there was no problem. We rented for 4 hours which you need if you want to at least get to Bainbridge and have a few stops along the way to enjoy the river etc. Perhaps when you get to Kosers Park, you may want to get a beverage at the local restaurant/bar. So you need some extra time to enjoy your ride in totallity. We had so much fun.

Cuba and Shawn are the best they always help out definitely make sure your safety comes first when they are fixing my bikes!!huge shout out to Cuba and Shawn today for helping my sister get her bike fixed and ready to roll!! The rest of the other workers are very friendly!! Let’s roll will always be my go to for bikes and parts. Thank you guys!!!

Would highly recommend Let's Roll for rental bikes. We rented a couple e bikes this past weekend. Quick access to the River bike trail. Online reservation was easy and efficient. Tim, the owner, was terrific to work with. He educated us on the bike mechanisms and the nearby parking lot was a great place to practice on them. Let's Roll ebikes were the best I've ever used for a rental. Easy step through, stable and not too heavy. Speed transitions were smooth without any lurch. We made it to the White Cony cliffs for our turnaround. One of the nicest bike trails I've been on.

We are visiting the area and wanted to do an e-bike rental. The location in Lancaster was more of a small town feel and the other location about 30 minutes away runs alongside the river! These guys know e-bikes and were so helpful!

Yesterday, 5 friends and I rented bikes from Let’s Roll Columbia and took them out on the River Trail. IT WAS AWESOME. The staff at Let’s Roll was great, and the experience was just right. We rented for 2 hours, which wasn’t enough of time. Next time, I’d do three hours so we would have enough of time to make it to the White Cliffs of Conoy. The bikes are user friendly with nice wide, cushioned seats.

Just got my Velotric bike about two weeks ago. So this breakin period showed tweeks I needed addressed. Super nice, helpful employee, fixed every little issue, test rode it for me, tweek some more and all is great! Also answered all questions no matter how trivial! Go test ride and get yourself a great ride with great backup service!!

What a fantastic business! I had been thinking about getting an electric bike for a while, and the guys really helped me pick out the perfect bike and accessories for what I needed. Also, I was on a trail and exploded one of my tires and they were able to help me fix it at a very reasonable price. They really stand behind their repair work. If you were looking for a vendor that really cares, definitely go to them. I would give them 10 stars out of five if I could. They are the best business I’ve dealt with in the last few years.

I took my teewing electric scooter to put the new tires on that I got. They spent a lot of time trying to get the tires blown up but ended up not being able to since they weren't the original tire and not quite the same size. They were very helpful and passionate about it and didn't charge me a cent for their time. Also a very neat little shop. Would recommend!
