I knew when before I started I had an issue in my left leg at my hips, but upon further examination they discovered I had a crooked spine. Since then I have made significant improvements. All of the staff are kind, courteous, knowledgeable and so much more. They take the time to teach you all of the important exercises for your spine. The doctor is always very helpful, friendly, kind, and supportive of your body and spine! I feel the different from the first back treatment to where I am now and attending regular treatment visits. For the first time in years, my back was pain free.

Dr. Lindsay and his staff are literal miracle workers. Less than 6 months ago I woke up with excruciating nerve pain in my neck and shoulder, had lost majority of the function of my left arm, and was sleeping no more than about 2hrs/night. About 2 months later I started a 10 week treatment plan at SpineFit, and am now back to living a pretty normal, pain free life. I know I still have a long road ahead, but the fact that I've had this much improvement in such a short time, is nothing short of incredible.

I’ve been going to dr.Lindsay for around 7 months now. And in those months I’ve seen my back and neck pain disappear, my balance come back to normal, and mobility come back to my full body. But he does much more than just work on those things. His team is always kind and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door, great atmosphere!

I struggle with neck and back pain, and I also have posture problems due to scoliosis. After receiving several treatments from them, my posture improved and my pain eased. I am still continuing my remaining treatment sessions with them and have decided to finish the program since they have helped me a lot.

Dr. Lindsay and his team have been a huge help in my recovery! I had knee pain for over two years, and after just one session of shockwave, I already felt a difference although there's still some soreness but I understand that it's part of the healing process. After six sessions, the pain is completely gone. I can walk and take the stairs without any issues now. Trust the process indeed! I also had lowerback and jaw clicking for years, and the adjustments and exercises they gave me really made a difference. First off the ladies at the front desk of this business are so lovely to deal with!! They are always so happy and welcome you right in. Dr. Lindsay is wonderful to deal with. I brought my baby in when he was just about a month old. I had concerns about tension/colic from a traumatic birth. Now 3 weeks later and I have a whole new baby. Dr. Lindsay is so knowledgeable and is gentle with kiddos. My baby is sleeping longer stretched, settles down easier and has less fussiness/spitup. And just generally seems more comfortable. I wish chiropractor services were mandatory for all babies as it really does help them. I would have brought my baby in at a few days old if I knew better! Thanks to the team at spine fit. Dr Lindsay is so good with babies and children. Immediately putting everyone at ease! She didn’t cry once!! We got our baby adjusted at 3 months, didn’t take too many sessions (maybe 8) before he removed something from her back that was causing her pain. Very grateful for his help. I have osteoarthritis in my knees, i couldn't squat down and was in a lot of pain, after attending Spinefit and getting 5 Shockwave Tissue Regeneration Therapy appointments i can now squat down and am pain free! About 10 years ago I was in an ATV accident and that started my pain. Throughout time I tried to find what was wrong with me, and no one was able to tell me anything. It wasn't until I saw a doctor Lindsey that he finally told me what was wrong and how to fix it. Unfortunately, I needed to move and wasn't able to finish my healing process with him but made a really important start. Before I left the staff at SpineFit tried to find me another suitable practice where I was going. No other establishment would put so much effort into people's health which doesn't benefit them directly. I would commend Dr Lindsey and the people at SpineFit for any people in pain.

Dr. Lindsay and his team are awesome! He was highly recommended so I brought my newborn son and myself for a check up following a rough delivery. Issues were quickly identified and he thoroughly explained the treatment plan. A few months later, I feel a drastic improvement in energy, back pain and mobility. As for my son, he is happy and healthy and I feel comforted knowing he's off to a great start with spine health which of course leads to overall health as he rapidly grows. When I first showed up, I couldn't stand straight. Walking across the parking lot was very painful. After 3 months, I was walking upright and walking 5-10 km a day. Worth every penny to have a life again.

2022 - the year of deterioration in my ability to do everyday tasks, right down to putting on my own socks. I developed a noticeable limp, my hips/legs hurt throughout the night and pain in my lower back, hips and knee was just something I worked through; some days it was immobilizing. I thought I did all the right things. I went to the doctor who ordered some tests, diagnosed me with hip dysplasia, referred me to a specialist who looked at my X-rays/ct scan and recommended a cortisone shot and physio. None of it work. At that point I was desperate and had nothing to lose. I opted to drive the 120km round trip to see Dr. Lindsay which turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in 2022. After my assessment he developed a 3 month treatment plan that had me visiting his office twice a week. He offered three options of paying, was up front about the cost of the treatments and there were no hidden fees. The treatment plan has helped me get from 0 to 75% (decreased pain and increased walking ability). Believe me when I say I’ll take 75% any day from where I was. His rehab methods worked for me and I encourage all who share their physical challenges with me to make an appointment to see Dr. Lindsay. Dr. Lindsay and his staff are always friendly, encouraging and supportive. If you are on the fence about taking that first step I highly recommend that you make an appointment to get assessed. You only have one life and you are worth it.

This Dr. and his staff have given me a chance to take back my life. I just finished 3 months and went from almost completely useless and unable to work, even house chores to now, being able to work for about 2-3 hours at a time PAIN FREE and getting better every day. And I was in rough rough shape. I was loosing feeling in some fingers, my toes too, my balance was gone. My lower back hurt so badly I could hardly even sit long enough to drive to a store. My hips would lock up and I could not feel anything while while my back spasmed and I would be stuck wherever I was for like 10 minutes! It took me at least 5 minutes of stretching before I could roll out of bed because the spasms in my back would simply shut me down. People thought I had MS in my back because my spine was always twisted. HEAD ACHES!!! I could not move, they would shut down my day DONE! Every single day unless I took 1000 mg Tylenol and 600 mg of Advil was a painful grind. the worste part was, I had resigned to accept it. Dr. Davis Lindsay told me, I can be pain free again. To be totally honest, I did not believe it! It was really that bad. Now 3 months later, seriously, I have several hours a day absolutely pain free. Really pain free. I can not actually remember what those head aches feel like. And the best part, is it getting better every day. This is not going in for an adjustment, this is a commitment, this was alot of work. He gave me tools like pillows and braces and training to rehab myself at home each day. Alot of dedication at home it took. I am not going to sugar coat it, its alot of time, I spent at least 2 hours per day, some days more and the exercises are difficult to learn. But if your spine is in real rough shape this hard work and perseverance is what it takes. Go there, listen to the good doctor, follow the program with vigilance and more and you will improve your life.
