Sam came out to fix our Bosch dishwasher that was still under warranty. He was not only fixed our problem, but is kind, prompt, and communicative. As painless as it can be. Hopefully we don’t need to see him anytime soon for appliance repairs, but if we do have a need we’ll be sure to call him!

Sam at Louisville is the best. I called because my speed queen dryer wasnt working. I was able to schedule that day he came out and fixed my broken belt. Luckily my dryer is still under warranty. But even though I didnt purchase my speed queen from his store he still is a service provider of my brand and took the service call. Showing you that there are still good service people still out there. I called another service person who basically told me since I didnt buy it from them they wouldn't come and service my speed queen dryer even though speed queen list them as a repair service. Thanks again Sam!

I’m really glad we were able to get your Speed Queen dryer (model ADG3SRGS117TW01) running again the same day at your home in North Canton. When I arrived, the dryer wouldn’t start even though it had power. After opening it up and running a full diagnostic, I found the drive belt had snapped and part of it had wrapped around the motor pulley, which triggered the belt safety switch and prevented the dryer from running. Fortunately, I keep common Speed Queen dryer parts stocked on the truck, including belts for this model. Once the broken belt was removed and replaced, everything tested properly and the dryer was back up and running before I left. For anyone reading this later, Speed Queen dryers are extremely solid machines and usually very worthwhile to repair. A broken belt is one of the more common wear items on dryers in general, and when caught early it’s typically a straightforward repair that can get the machine running reliably again for years. I also appreciate you mentioning the service aspect. I try to make sure homeowners in North Canton and the surrounding Stark County area have someone they can call who will actually show up, diagnose the problem properly, and fix what’s needed without unnecessary parts or delays. I’m glad we were able to get your Whirlpool dishwasher (model GU2700XTSQ1) taken care of at your home on Netherwood Ave NW in Canton. When I arrived, the dishwasher was making a loud whining noise during the wash cycle, which is a common sign that the wash circulation pump is starting to fail. After confirming the diagnosis, I was able to replace the wash pump and get everything running smoothly again. These Whirlpool-built dishwashers are generally solid machines, and when the circulation pump is replaced they typically have many more years of life left in them. Catching the issue when you did helps prevent poor wash performance and avoids further strain on the motor and heating system. When a unit stops cooling completely and throws the 81C error, it usually points toward a compressor or sealed-system issue. After checking the system and finding evidence of a high-side leak with oil spray, we were able to confirm the compressor wasn’t running and talk through the realistic options moving forward. Sometimes the most helpful thing I can do is give a clear diagnosis so you can decide whether a major sealed-system repair makes sense or if replacing the refrigerator is the better investment.
