Steven Munoz came today to diagnose our garbage disposal which wasn’t working. What a super nice guy! Very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and fixed the disposal and explained everything. Couldn’t have asked for more. It was a pleasure having him come to our home to help us.

My experience was very positive. They came on time and completed all of the work. Once completed they spent time going over all of the equipment and how to operate the thermostat. I was very pleased with all of the work.

Tim came and evaluated our needs with our older unit. He did a thorough inspection and took pictures to show us issues with our unit. Tim took the time to explain the new system and cost breakdown. There was no pressure in the sale and we felt very comfortable making this decision. Can't wait for our new unit. We also love that the unit is being put in, the following week before the summer heat comes! I highly recommend Tim Trentacoste to work with.

He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire visit. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my grandmother felt comfortable and informed.
