Chris was able to come up with a creative solution to enable a jackshaft garage door opener on an older home with a beam running across the middle of the garage. Very professional, it works great and my tenant is very happy.

Had broken spring and needed help. Chris provided us with excellent service and checked out our very old opener trying to repair only what was necessary but in the end we needed a new motor to pass home inspection for safety purposes and he got us fixed up as soon as possible. My garage door stopped working recently and I've had to open by hand for the past week or two. I had a friend reccomend Chris at Honest Overhead door to come check it out. Chris was at my house the same day and just over an hour after my call. He did some troubleshooting only to discover that there were some major electrical problems that would have to be fixed. After some discussions on what it would take to fix the old unit compared to a new wifi unit, I decided to go with a new overhead unit. Chris was in and out in probably less than an hour and provided nothing short of excellent experience. The new Chamberlain wifi unit is whisper quiet and I'm very happy with it. I highly reccomend Chris and Honest Overhead Door!
