Thank you to Lisa and her team who came to my rescue and helped me do a deep cleaning of my AC units. What really impressed me(since it’s very rare these days) is the efficiency at both ends. Lisa dealing with the bookings, will go out of her way to be kind and help where possible. The service goes really fast when it comes to the paying process too, she will allow a number of days to rectify any problems before that happens, while the team on the ground will work quietly and efficiently to fix any problems. We had the team come in to do an AC service and coil cleaning. They worked non stop through out the day and were extremely thorough. Our ACs already feel much colder and even quieter. I also asked to have the ducts clean, however, they suggested that they were still fine and could do another few months. It’s refreshing to have such an honest reply. I can’t recommend them enough.
