Catherine F. has helped me out so much recently- just knows how to move through the org and get me the help I need.
Rob K. is the best technical support person I have ever worked with. He didn't just fix it for me, he taught me what sort of settings I could change in the future so that I could solve my own problems next time. It's so easy to get frustrated in EHR issues. Even though I'm a novice, he really kept me calm. What a guy.
