I had another positive experience at Adult Dentistry of Ballantyne. I was taken back for a teeth cleaning right on time, and I feel my hygienist did a very thorough cleaning and inspection of my mouth. I was also able to make my next appointment and pay for the visit with my hygienist, not having to stop at another desk. This was convenient and a time saver! I would highly recommend this practice!

The entire staff is caring and friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! Since they have in-house capability of creating a temporary crown, the process is not as lengthy!

Follow up I had the zoom teeth whitening procedure done could not be happier. I’ve never been able to get my teeth this white on my own or with another dentist office. A must do for you if you want whiter teeth. From the first phone call to schedule a consultation I felt comfortable & after my recent dental surgery I was confident I made the perfect choice. I was in and out same day for two crown replacements that my prior dentist never informed me I needed. I am a senior citizen, and sometimes we are overlooked & the reason I wanted another option. I take very good care of my teeth & instead of twice a year I visit the dentist quarterly, so there was no excuse that the cracks in my teeth were not mentioned to me sooner. I was also wonderfully surprised when checking out that the invoice for my procedure was less than the estimate 😊 I can’t wait for the next procedure - zoom whitening . And I’m now considering veneers for a few of my problematic teeth that would otherwise require braces. Plus who wants braces after 60 - Immediate gratification with good pain management goes a long way🥰 Dr. Harrell is fabulous & a true professional & so is his team. I am very confident they’ll take very good care of me so I can reach my expectations for a beautiful/healthy smile. On the final note I rarely give reviews but when I find an exceptional service or product, I make a point of sharing because it’s so rare. 🥰🚈

I've never had such care at a doctor's office before in my whole life. the staff are amazing. Dr. Harrell is the best dentist I've ever been to. I'm in the process of getting implants on the top of my mouth. The bottom was done 4 years ago in the state I moved from. i've had Dr. Harrell replace the teeth on the bottom implants and he is now working on the top. Everyone there makes me feel that my dental health is the most important thing on their mind. Amazing care. I'm updating that now I've had my full implants in for some months, I am so very pleased at how great it feels, like real teeth, and my bite has improved greatly. I cant' thank Dr. Harrell land his team enough for all they did for me..

My mouth was a mess! I had soft enamel resulting in progressive teeth needs starting with fillings, crowns & finally implants. During the Pandemic I realized at least 4 more teeth needed implants. Upon recommendation from a trusted friend I visited Dr. Harrell to discuss options. He made scans and X-rays of my mouth and after review presented treatment options to me & my husband. We decided that continuing 2-3 implants at a time was not the path we wanted to take. I elected for full mouth implants. The process takes several months from start to finish because Dr. Harrell and his team do it right. They preformed the surgery with anesthesiologist in the room monitoring my vitals. I went home that day with a temporary fixture to a diet of soft foods. They allow for full healing before designing a test set of teeth. After I wore them a few weeks they decided to do a new test piece for my lower teeth. Once I was satisfied with how everything felt, worked & looked they made my final set. They took a good deal of time making sure my bite was perfect before they let me go. The entire team worked together to be sure I ended up with teeth I loved. Kelly at the front desk, Becca & Ashley dental assistants, Al, the master artist who designed my teeth, Dr. Harrell and others behind the scenes all made this a wonderful experience with an outcome even better than I hoped for.

I had been going to this practice for years until I moved to Harrisburg. I recently made the decision to go back. The combination of the clinical skill and the excellent customer service from everyone in the practice is incredible. Dr. Harrell’s “bedtime manner” will put anyone at ease. The services are not cheap, but you can’t beat the quality and service experience.
