Zena is an incredible lawyer. End result, I was granted sole managing conservatorship of my daughter; however, that is not the only impressive part of Zena’s practice. Zena is a strong legal representative. She is a great listener and a straight shooter. She will not sugarcoat your case for business. She does not hold judgement against you. Family issues are a very tough tough and sensitive subject. Zena has an authentic and professional approach to her consultation and representation. She fought hard for me and my daughter. The issue was resolved and I maintained sole conservator for my daughter. Johnson McNulty handled our Termination/Adoption case for us. Amongst all of the chaos and emotions that come with such a case, our attorneys handled everything with great confidence and even better execution. Our original attorney, Zena did get called away on another case during our termination hearing, but Chloe stepped in and was amazing, almost as if there was no disconnect from one to the other. A seamless transition! All of this to say, if you engage the firm to help you, regardless of who handles your case, you're in excellent hands. Chloe fought the termination case with such zeal and dedication. It was truly spectacular to watch her and our son's Ad Litem work! It gave us an overwhelming sense of confidence. Chloe shut the book on the termination and Zena rejoined us to finalize the adoption. As far as pricing goes, I think this type of case is typically pretty expensive, but for us it was worth every penny. Between Johnson McNulty, the Ad Litem, and the home evaluation, we spent just over $10k. The folks at Johnson McNulty advise you upfront how to keep your billing as low as possible.
