If 6 stars were an option I would rate them 6 stars. First let me start with Dr. Whicker. He's the best! He is an artist in his profession. If you want a beautiful smile he is your guy. Then there is Angie. She is an excellent dental assistant. She is Dr. Whickers' right hand person. Christie is a fantastic dental hygienist. She is up on all the latest. Lizzie is at the front desk and is wonderful. She runs the front office and is great at it. Also Chelsea is at the front and is fantastic. I have been going to Wellness Centered Dentistry for years.

I had a really great experience at Wellness Centered Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. Robert G. Whicker and Team were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how they checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Whicker is an extremely good dentist who insures the comfort of his patients. I first came to him to remove old fillings that contained mercury because he employees protection measures and environmental safety necessary for proper removal. He has also performed some cosmetic procedure to flawlessly repair a chipped tooth I appreciate his wholistic dentistry, and preventative services. He is kind and gentle. His staff is well trained, and friendly. The office atmosphere is comfortable, clean, organized, well lit. I recommend him highly.

That’s much appreciated given I had 2 screws implanted into my jaw. Eek. But the BEST part about WCD, is they have Ceramic/Zirconium Implants. A much healthier option than metal. I was elated when I found them here in and Eugene and I didn't have to drive to Portland. Thank you all at WCD. :)

Most people probably feel nervous going to the dentist, expecting it to be a painful experience. The evening after having 4 crowns removed and prepped I was telling my wife how surprised I was at the degree of professionalism and skill of the Team that served me at the Dentist Office. Then the phone beeped and it was Dr. Whicker calling to see if everything was alright. Happy to have had the work done and want to share a strong recommendation for Wellness Centered Dentistry and Dr. Rob Whicker. A Great Team with gentle caring people making a visit to the Dentist a pleasant and comfortable experience. Well Done!

I made an appointment to get a third opinion on a molar, which has a broken instrument (file) from a 2004 root canal, that ten years later needed a crown. Dr Whicker took x-rays and did an assessment and said that the molar is now showing signs of either infection or scar tissue but was hesitant to do any work without seeing historically what had gone on with the roots of this molar. The next day I was able to track down all my old x-rays and have them sent to Dr. Whicker so he could determine which of the two scenarios it was. They promptly reviewed the images and gave me the result: infection. I now have an appointment to get the molar extracted and the periodontal ligament cut, along with a bone graft in a few weeks, for what I consider a very reasonable price. I’ll eventually be able to get an implant and get this ongoing problem resolved. Overall, I feel Dr. Whicker is very ethical and didn’t jump to a conclusion just to earn a fee, something I felt a previous endodontist had done when I had sought a second opinion. I’m glad I found a holistic dentist in Eugene, and I will undoubtedly be going here for all my future dental needs.

This is by far the most amazing and caring dentist experience you will ever have. I was seeking an alternative dentist because I, like most of us, was seeking a more holistic dentistry experience. Dr. Whicker and the team is absolutely on point. Kind, compassionate, professional and practical. They are the best at informed consent- he will tell you exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it at any moment. I visited Dr. Whicker for a tooth extraction and bone graft for a future implant placement. I am a Denturist (I fabricate and fit dentures). I see patients on a daily basis with fresh extractions and often times sutures. I was so impressed with Dr. Whicker! He was kind and courteous and very professional. He made sure that I was comfortable with each step of the procedure and talked to me and explained what he was doing throughout the process. The extraction site looks amazing and his sutures are impeccable. The staff were very friendly and the office is pristine. I will definitely be referring not only my friends and family, but my own patients to Dr. Whicker for dental treatments. I am so pleased!

I was thrilled to find a dental practice that focuses on preventative care! I've been a happy client for many years.

My first experience with this dental practice was a free consultation with Dr Whicker regarding a tooth with an old root canal.. Dr. Whicker was kind, listened well, and came to the consultation well prepared. He didn't rush me and took time to review my X-rays before he came to the consultation. He also gave me multiple treatment options and didn't seem bothered by my questions. I've had many other dental experiences where the dentist spent much less time with me, yet I was not charged for the consultation. A few weeks after the consultation, I had a separate cleaning and exam which were also positive experiences. Christie, the dental hygienist, was personable, VERY experienced, and she gave me several new suggestions on how to improve the health of my teeth. I was also given several free samples so I could try out new products.

Excellence and focused attention characterizes Dr. Whicker's practice. If you're not happy, he's not happy. Highly recommended.

I have always found the staff at Wellness Centered Dentistry to be friendly, highly competent, and helpful. Technically, they have the equipment, products and knowledge to perform procedures painlessly. They all take a personal interest in their patients.

I have a LOT of dental work to be done. I decided to go with Dr. Whicker even though he is not a participating dentist in my network, because if I am going to go thru all of this, I want it done right. I also require a supportive and friendly atmosphere; which he has created. The difference in professionalism between this office and the other two offices I considered and visited before beginning this work was tangible. Dr Whicker gave me multiple injections to numb my mouth before beginning work, and I DIDN'T feel any pain from the injections. Because I have had chronic pain for 14 years I am over-sensitive, so not feeling pain from the injection was huge for me. I was also pleasantly surprised after the procedure, to have only minor discomfort. After years of sub-standard dental work, Wellness Centered Dentistry is a welcome relief .

As you know I have been in a lot of dental offices....the attitude of staff is super important, esp. when the client doesn't want to go along with protocol. WE have a lot of reasons to NOT "go along with conventional dental protocol" ie mercury etc. I liked the attitude of the staff, I felt like I could say almost anything without eye rolling and cold shouldering. Also the atmosphere of non scurry hurry was comforting. I also like the spaciousness of the office.

I had to have a tooth pulled recently and wanted to go the holistic route. This practice was not part of my insurance plan, unfortunately, as I'd love to have Dr. Whicker as my regular dentist. He and his staff were wonderful, caring, and just so very nice!

I am very happy with my recent visit and I highly recommend giving wellness centered dentistry a try, you will not be disappointed. I had amalgams removed and I don't believe anything could have went any better. They stayed after hours to get the job done and didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience. Everyone was very nice to interact with. It was also a completely pain free experience.

APPAULSE FOR WELLNESS CENTERED DENTISTRY. What an amazing practice Dr. Whicker has created in Eugene! I first went to Dr. Whicker seeking removal of toxic amalgam fillings that been in my teeth since I was a child/young adult. They were cracked and contained mercury. Seeking to be healthy I wanted a dentist who would remove and safely dispose the old filling material, replacing them with safe ceramic restorations. Besides the care for health and safety, what additionally impressed me about Dr. Whicker is how he makes me feel important by listening to me and answering my myriad of questions. He also backs up his excellent work. Plus his staff is attentive taking effort to make me cozy and comfortable for long procedures. To increase my satisfaction here there are two extras at Wellness Centered Dentistry. The waiting area is inviting and non-medical with a feel for the natural world of the Pacific Northwest. Then there is a lovely surprise after any visit!

I'm in the process of getting an implant. Not cheap by any means but so worth it. Dr. Whicker and his staff are caring and so professional. Update: The implant turned out great!

Christie was friendly and explained as she went along - didn’t just reposition my head. She was gentle with the gum measurements that have hurt in the past. I appreciated being given choices - it felt like I was participating in my care not just enduring it. The experience was very positive in a stressful day. As always, the staff was VERY friendly . Dr. Whicker and his excellent staff are truly passionate in providing exceptional care. I've had a lot of dental surgeries, root canals & implants in my lifetime. I never felt pain with Dr. Whicker's skill in the novocaine injection. Thank you Dr. Whicker! His explanations along the way during each procedure, be it a cavity or crown was Greatly appreciated. It eases the unknown and makes all the difference! At one point, I felt a bit claustrophobic and they stopped to make adjustments. Their concern for my comfort put me at ease and the whole Dental experience was positive. Their Professional care is exemplary!

Dr. Whicker has a gentle touch, an excellent chair side manner and thoroughly explained the procedure beforehand. Dr. Whicker called me after hours to ensure all was well on the day of my procedure. I became a patient one year ago, and at that time Dr. Whicker did extensive work in my mouth, as I had broken teeth, receding gums, in addition to fillings, crowns and composite veneers that had failed. Nearly every tooth had an issue. I am so extremely happy with his work, skill and precision. He uses the best and safest dental materials available in dentistry, and that’s exactly what I was hoping to find. Having my teeth restored by Dr. Whicker very soon contributed towards a substantial improvement in my health in regards to Multiple Sclerosis and my immune system. I can’t recommend Dr. Whicker and all of his staff, enough. They are the true experts, and are an extremely caring group as well.

I've been seeing them for 5 years and plan to continue the visits. The staff is in engaging, personable and make you feel right at home. There's little to no "wait time" and are flexible when it comes to my personal inconveniences.

All the staff have been there for years and are highly skilled--like top-of-their-class expertise. They are always learning, keep on top of dental and medical information, are great at communication, and are super gentle and caring. I believe Julie's cleanings and preventative care has benefited my family's oral health greatly and the times we have needed a filling or crown, Dr. Whicker is amazing. They've accommodated us in working with my family's co-therapies (orthodontia, osteopathy) and Lizzy is so helpful with insurance and billing. I can't recommend them enough!
