UPDATED REVIEW So a few weeks ago my wife got a call and a message saying that DFW Fence Pro was under new management and that they wanted to make things right. I spoke with Avery and after a few calls he got their team out here to correct the problem. Im glad they got new managers because the last ones were awful. The new managers are definitely customer focused and a huge improvement overall for the company. Thank you for making things right and honoring your warranty and craftsmanship. If you were hesitant before give these guys another chance with the new management. Note: I will update the pictures since it wont let me remove the old ones.

DFW installed our board on board fence with electric gate several years ago and it has been great, held up very well. During the most recent ice storm our electric gate came off the track and was stuck half open. When I called them, they got someone out right away to repair the issue. Excellent customer service with a real value for the families they serve.

I highly recommend DFW Fence Pro. They did a great job with replacing our 6-foot cedar fence. Josh said they used 9-foot steel posts, and sunk them 3 feet deep, and concreted them in. Short of a tornado blowing through, this fence isn’t going anywhere, and it looks great !! I will go with them for any other fence needs I have in the future. Great company, fast and responsive.

Incredibly great experience all around! Within two days of calling DFW Fence Pro, we had someone out to three different houses to get measurements and give us all three estimates! These estimates were not only timely, but were VERY reasonable. Within just a couple of weeks of signing contracts, they had all three jobs scheduled. Two were completed within that time frame, one took longer due to our neighbor issues that had to be resolved. Krys was amazing during this entire process...very proactive, very communicative, and was always available to work through issues that came up. We did have several unforeseen issues that had to be resolved, one being a change of fence height just a couple days before install. Krys used her outstanding relationships with suppliers and made it happen, as well as every other issue that came up during installation. All three fences were completed very professionally and look beautiful, far exceeding expectations! I can't remember the last time we had such a great experience getting something done, and not just one job, but three! Thank you, Krys, for delivering for your great company!

Our fence came out BEAUTIFUL! We had an issue with the placement of one section, which we realized on the second day. I was immediately stressed and worried we'd have a battle on our hands, but Adam responded the same night, arrived on site to view, an quickly understood and agreed it was an issue. We talked over multiple options and then he made sure it was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I haven't had many good experiences with contractors in the past, so it was a pleasure to deal with a company with such high standards of excellence in both craftsmanship and customer service. DFW Fence Pro recently completed a 900+ ft. mix of 8' board-on-board cedar privacy and 4' ornamental iron fence on our 1950's double lot, replacing a similar amount of original chain link fencing. Thanks to Dakota for helping us pick the right fence materials and working on competitive estimates through all my plan variations and changes. Thanks to Abel and his install team for their hard work. They worked efficiently, but also spent the time necessary to build a beautiful fence with great craftsmanship. Everything appears perfectly level, the cedar wood they sourced is absolutely beautiful and the cedar privacy fence looks as great on the "back" side as it does on the "pretty" side. These are very well-constructed fences that I expect to age well and last many years. I'm very happy we chose DFW Fence Pro for this project!

Working with DFW Fence Pro was easy & they took care of everything. The 5/28 storm took out two fences in my yard (one wood & the other chain link, stealer luck on my part.) DFW Fence Pro was able to repair both fences in about 5 hours. Highly recommend, they provided insurance what was needed to get my claim processed.

DFW Fence Pro did a great job from start to finish. They came over promptly and gave a clear estimate, helped us figure out what we wanted and made helpful suggestions. The work was clean and neat and even the city inspector commented on the thoroughly professional job they did with our new fence. Would highly recommend.

I was very happy with DFW’s service. They reset two posts which were causing a problem with the gate. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. They came to give me an estimate THE SAME DAY I CALLED! Talk about prompt. The fence was then built less than a week later and was completed in one day, as I requested. They hauled off all the trash as promised. Nothing left behind except the new fence. Highly recommend.

DFW Fencing did an amazing job on our new fence and gates (3), Including a sliding gate for our rear entry garage. From start to finish, we had a great experience with the company, beginning with the personal touch of or salesman (Rick) patiently going over all of the details to make sure that our fence was exactly what we wanted, Describing our options and providing suggestions of ways to ensure our Fence met all of our requirements. The installation crews were very respectful and courteous. The sliding gate was built by hand and you could tell the installation crew was very experienced, and the result was a sturdy beautiful gate that operates flawlessly. We had a great experience with DFW Fence Pro. Brysen was very professional and informative. DFW Fence Pro handled the permiting and scheduling the teams. Nicholas’ demo and install team did the job in two days (189 feet, Western Red Cedar, 8’, Board on Board, Kickplate and a 2x6 Top Cap). The quality of work, attention to detail and finish were terrific. They even installed 1x4 pickets in my existing iron gate which looks great. Jeremy handled the stain (dark walnut) which really brought out the tones from the Red Cedar. Jeremy fully explained the stain process and answered any questions we had. It was clear that he had a wealth of experience and it showed in his work. Overall, a great experience and the best part was we did not have to pay till the new fence was up (first payment) and after the stain (second payment). I would highly recommend DFW Fence Pro.

The best roofing company in the Dfw, they’re honest and professional, and on time

DFW Fence Pro did an amazing job on our Fence Project. From the initial reach out to the quote to the installation, they were always quick to respond and answer questions. Super easy to work with and accommodating. The install was done by a great crew who worked hard, fast and went out their way to make sure I was happy with the finished product. After they were done, DFW followed up with me to see if there was anything else I needed or if I had issues.

We had a great experience with DFW Fence Pro. We hired them to build a ranch-style wood and wire mesh garden fence with a pergola entry gate, as well as updating an existing trellis into a matching pergola. During the initial meeting, Ryan was great about talking through our requirements and giving us some ideas we hadn't considered, without being "salesy". His communication skills and genuine, friendly demeanor were far above other reps from other companies we had met with, so it gave me confidence in going with this company. Nicolas and his brother and crew did a really nice job with the installation and they took care of any concerns along the way - they genuinely wanted us to be happy with the result. Joe the project manager did a great job making sure everything was delivered to our satisfaction. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and respectful, and they delivered what we agreed upon in budget and on time. We are very happy with the results and have already received compliments on how beautiful the new fence looks! I would work with this company again.

The install started with the quick review of the old and then with the locating of the metal posts. The installers asked some questions to firm up place,ent then went to town hanging the horizontal boards. Next up was pickets. Each was marked for place,ent and leveled to keep plumb. At the conclusion of first the second layer was attached and again all boards marked for trueness. Then game gates and top trim. Our little 6ft fence almost makes us feel small. Finished product is great to look at. Very grateful to have a great looking fence on my property

Should have put the review up sooner, but here goes. DFW Fence Pro installed my wood fence about 9 months ago. Initially stained it lighter that I expected, but they had their stain guy come back and stain it perfectly. Fence has held up great, but did adjust a bit with the drout last year and then the extra rain so I had a couple minor gate issues. I called on a Friday morning and was told they would send a crew next week. Awesome! Actually, I had a crew come by Friday afternoon and did some adjustments. They did need a picket to replace one that broke and brought it, installed it and stained it Monday AM. Highly recommend due to their response to warranty issues. Also, great quality work!

Beautiful workmanship and awesome crew. Brysen came out to view the project and presented a bid onsite, no waiting for days for a price so that was really nice. Moved forward with the project. Rocky and Marcus did an amazing job setting the steel posts a solid 3' into the ground. Very happy about that, hard to find a fence company that will do that. Rocky made sure multiple times that we were all on the same page so no miscommunications. Needless to say they aim to please and go the extra mile to turn out a beautiful product. DFW Fence Pro did great work on my fence project. It ended up being a much smaller job than originally expected, but I am satisfied with the results. The staff member with whom I had the most interaction, Dakota, was helpful and friendly throughout the process. I think I did get lost in the shuffle after I signed my contract, but it took one call to get me on their schedule for a quick turnaround.

Zach and his company did an absolute amazing job and are amazing people.

Did great work on two fences for us!

DFW Fence Pro did an excellent job for extending my fence as well as staining it. Triston was really very helpful right from sales till the end. His team was very patient with me as I took the stain approval at the start of work from HOA and then due to cold weather conditions staining had to be postponed. We are very happy with the final look. All this at a very competitive price. I highly recommend them for fence projects.

Had two gates and 20 feet of wooden fence replaced. The team was quick turnaround and went end to end with replacing to staining. Excellent follow up. Should have done it two years ago instead of fighting th gate.

I would like to thank the people at DFW Fence Pro who did a great job on installing my new wooden fence. From my salesman Gary, production mangers Joe and Cori and the installer Jose who all made this a good experience.
