I lost the screw on my glasses. I went to a store and they helped me quickly. They didn't charge me anything!

My 5 year old needed Glasses and we came to this store . It was fun for him as he had great customer service and lots of choice of glasses. He picked his glasses and we collected after 1 week . Perfect

I’ve had a nice experience getting my Ortho-K lenses here. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Getting the correct lenses and prescription is not always the easiest thing, but their positive attitude made the whole process more smooth and comfortable. They take the time to explain things clearly and listen to what customers need. With two store locations, it’s also convenient to visit. Overall, it’s a reliable and professional optician.

I highly recommened the opticialise opticians salon because despite the lack of an appointment, I was accepted and recived help. As a tourist I was on holiday and my eye needed to be checked, it was really hurt

Great service and excellent eye examination. Went for an emergency check up after being recommended by my GP. Great new service in waterloo where you can be seen quicker than going to the hospital. Well done to the NHS.
