Insulation, raised platform boarding & loft hatch with ladder fitted. The Attic Guys worked for two days. They removed all the debris from the loft. Old boards, insulation, TV aerials and water tanks etc.. They then insulated the loft, fitted raised platform boarding. Applied a breathable membrane to the roof joists. Created and fitted a new enlarged loft hatch with wooden ladder. All done to an extremely high quality of workmanship. Day 1, we had Phil, Pete & Darren working all day, Dave who came to fit brackets to the boiler flu. Day 2 it was only Phil & Pete. Nearly all finished by early afternoon. Phil stayed, on both days, for all those finishing touches.

Highly recommended - fantastic experience A fantastic experience from start to finish. The survey was carried out and I felt they really understood what I was after, listened and advised. The follow up appointment was available quickly. They arrived on time, and worked solidly to complete it all in one day (boarding, instillation, new hatch and ladder installation). Loft boarding, hatch move, installation of ladder The process was great from start to finish. When completing the initial survey and measurements, the chap explained the process and answered all my questions, and a quote was sent over that afternoon. Loft conversion I am more than happy with the work completed on my attic. It was an awkward space and they managed to make it brighter and more spacious than I had imagined. The team were professional, extremely hardworking, courteous, friendly and nice to have around. They cleaned up after every day. Loft boarding and insulation This is my second time using the guys for a job in the house - they came years ago to install my loft ladder, and we asked them to come back to install flooring in the loft and new insulation since ours was the old fashioned one. The quote was well scoped and clearly priced, they were punctual on the day of the job and the team did a great job - the finished product is just what we were looking for, and it was all completed in a day. Loft insulation I would not hesitate to recommend this Company. We had our loft insulated in February. The two guys that did the job were punctual and very efficient. They were very helpful whenever asked anything and before starting the job they put floor coverings down and were very tidy and hoovered when they had finished. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left and explained everything that they had done. Attic - insulation and boarding My attic needed changes made to a previous in efficient job. These Attic Guys certainly know their stuff, and they gave good advice as to the best solutions.
