I had a loftspace that was messy, no confidence in where to stand and a redundant asbestos water tank. The loft was quickly surveyed, I was quoted using a neat system that gave me an itemised quote which i was able to accept or decline at item level. They arrived on time and started work, clearing out rubbish from old owner, the water tank was broken in a controlled manner and then removed. They then boarded the loft as agreed asking me for confirmation on how I would like certain things to look before carrying out work. Very neat and tidy job and I now have plenty of usable storage space. I would highly recommend TG Loft Boarding for your loft boarding project.

I had an infestation of Rats in my loft. Thomas and his team gutted the loft, cleaned up the filthy mess, put down pest mesh, sealed all holes with pest mesh and foam before replacing fresh insulation and new loft boarding throughout. They did many other things to improve air circulation which I will not bore everyone with. They worked efficiently and made sure to protect carpets and existing surfaces. They were extremely polite, self contained and cleaned up daily. The entire procedure was fulfilled in record time. EXCELLENT service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

This the second time I've used this company in 5 months what a professional company, Tom and his team were so helpful and witty doing my loft conversion. Boarded out my hole loft, gave me loads of room and put in 2 sky light windows in which made the room look brighter and bigger. Absolute pleasure to work with, very clean and tidy and god did they work hard( like there tea mind you lol) . They made sure I was kept in the loop and Tom explained about the process of each stage, gave great knowledge and the cost was fully explained and broken down for me to understand very easiley. Attic guys fitted a loft ladder in our house and boarded the loft in our double garage. We compared 2 different companies for the same job and The Attic Guys sales process was much more professional (they followed up to start with!) and their estimate was better value for money. Their advice was very helpful and balanced even when it meant less work for them. When it came to the actual work being done they turned up when they said they would, worked long days to get it done in 2 days and went the extra mile to do their best to improve in areas the original builders has taken short cuts with.
