Had our loft cleared out and boarded to an excellent standard. The surveyor was really approachable and professional. He clearly explained the options available to us and didn't try to upsell during the inspection of the loft, afterwards we were provided a detailed itemised quote. On the day the job was carried out swiftly by 2 polite tradesmen who did a cracking job, kept me in the loop and tidied up after themselves. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

The Attic Guys recently boarded, insulated and installed a new hatch and ladder in my loft. Mitch and Steve were very helpful answering my questions ahead of the installation. On the day Clive and Vejay arrived promptly and worked exceptionally hard. They protected all flooring whilst they were working, and were professional, considerate and courteous. My loft area is very narrow - how they managed to work up there all day I have no idea but they did a fantastic job. After they'd finished they cleaned up thoroughly, even vacuuming to make sure there was no mess left behind. I would highly recommend The Attic Guys to anyone looking for a loft revamp

We hired the Attic Guys to insulate 3 lofts in our old cottage. The job not only involved removing old insulation and boarding, but additionally removing ancient sloping ceilings in order to provide new insulation to the upper rooms. Dealing with the Attic Guys for the survey, quotations and pre-work communication was easy and clear, they were professional and flexible with scheduling the work to suit our timescales. They also offered a service to clear out the old boards/insulation and dispose of it which was ideal. We decided to vacate the house whilst the work was being done due to the extent of the work required in bedrooms and bathroom, so we did not actually meet any of the team on site. The work started and was completed in the time they promised and there was regular communication [photos etc] during the work. Afterwards we had to wait for the plaster to dry then get our decorator to paint and a cleaning company to deal with the dust [this is normal after plastering– and the Attic Guys did explain in advance where the scope of their work ended so it was clear to us what we had to take on] A few weeks later and we are feeling the benefits of the new insulation – the whole house feels warmer, and we are using less heating. Thanks Attic Guys = we would recommend you for loft boarding and insulation.

Arrived on time and completed the loft insulation and boarding in a day! Left everything clean and did prechecks before work started. The work was great, however, we asked for 1m2 of boarding but we were quoted more for the m2 as it would have to be done separately , which I felt wasn't great given the whole insulation and boarding was done by them, hence the 4* rating but work carried was otherwise good.

I could not rate these guys more highly. We had new loft boarding fitted as well as a Celotex insulation wrap. Clive and VJ were polite, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. They arrived promptly and I was extremely impressed with how quickly they got the job done! Afterwards they cleaned up perfectly and left everything exactly as it had been. We are really pleased with the work and would happily recommend The Attic Guys to anyone.

This company helped us install loft boarding. They are very professional in quotation and installation. They quickly got the work done in just a few hours. The loft is tidy and clean. We also searched online and the boarding material is very good.

Strongly recommend The Attic Guys - -Awkward shaped attic (various levels, boxed in lightwell and many support timbers) Attic cleared of rubbish from previous owners. -New insulation between and over the joists. -Raised boarding over the insulation giving lots of storage space. -Excellent strip lighting They worked over 2 days and the evening between there was no sign that they had been there. Very clean and conscientious of protecting the property. Also fed my cat and kept an eye on him whilst I was out and they were coming and going from the house. Communication was top notch. Filip, Peter and Clive all arrived promptly this morning for our loft installation. They were a great team and have done an excellent job for us - insulating, boarding, walkway and fitting a Vapour Control Membrane in the loft. All completed within the day and they have left the house clean and tidy having created for us a useable loft space that is now also very well insulated.
