Absolutely fantastic service. We were given a choice of 4 different quotes with varying options and add ons. Once we agreed the quote, the work was booked in within 2 weeks. On the day, the men carrying out the work arrived on time, they were tidy, professional, courteous and efficient. The work was completed to an extremely high standard, we are very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The guys (Filip and another guy) turned up on time, worked to schedule and tidied up after themselves. They were polite and friendly. New loft hatch , proper ladder, light fitting, grab rail at the top and 15sqm boarding all completed in a day. I’m really pleased and my attic space is now useable, easily accessible and no longer dark and scary!

Our whole experience with the attic guys was superb from start to finish. They were fab to fit in around our availability and their communication was excellent, we had many options to choose from in our quote which was very well explained. We could check all the junk they brought down from the attic before they took it away for us. They turned up on time they left it cleaner than when they arrived and we now have a fabulous new insulated, boarded attic with a new accessible ladder. Great team work by all involved.

I can't recommend The Attic Guys highly enough. From the first email to the final hoover-up, the whole team was so polite, professional, respectful, and a total cut above the rest. Having just moved house and having work done, I’ve dealt with every kind of tradespeople these past few months—and these guys have been hands down the best. They turned up on time, communicated clearly (with me and with each other), and showed incredible care and attention to detail. They protected carpets, asked politely about which toilet to use, refused to drink their drinks in the house (despite working in the loft) out of respect, and cleaned up so well you wouldn’t know they'd just pulled out old insulation and cut timber in your loft. Their workmanship, leadership, and work ethic were spot on—and their pricing was very clearly laid out without pressure and competitive too - we ended up having a little extra boarding and were given a discounted rate. I honestly would have paid more than another company just for the exceptional level of service and professionalism they brought. From the moment we asked The Attic Guys to come to quote for our loft to be boarded we have had a bespoke service. The quote had a variety of options to choose from according to our budget. The Surveyor Steve was so helpful and transparent about costs and the process of the job. The quote was with us within 2hrs and fairly priced which various options set out.
