From start to finish, The Attic Guys were brilliant to work with. They were prompt to respond to my enquiry. Steve came over and undertook a thorough survey of the loft space, discussing my requirements and making recommendations but never upselling. If he felt something wasn’t necessary he told me and I appreciated this. He sent over a detailed breakdown of the project along with options and costings. I liked that everything was clearly listed and itemised, including details of proposed materials and discounts, if combining all options into one project. Having undertaken some cost comparisons, the whole project was priced very reasonably. Communication from Mitch and all members of the team was great. I received appointment information via both text and email and fast responses to all my questions. Two days had been reserved to undertake the job which was to insulate and board a loft space across various sections, including removing an old water tank and previous loft boards, installing lighting, insulating a sun tunnel and installing a new loft hatch. Filip and the team who undertook the work were very prompt, polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient. They finished the job in one day and were very diligent in cleaning up, having protected carpets and furniture. I’m delighted with the finished loft and the property already feels warmer. The finish is excellent and the workmanship superb. I have no hesitation in recommending the entire team. Thank you!

We used The Attic Guys twice for our home, once to clear the attic and replace the insulation up to the current standards, and another time to partially board our loft space and fit a loft ladder. The guys did a great job from Survey to finish. Steve understood our requirements on the survey quickly and suggested us multiple solutions based on the level of spend we wanted to commit to. The team who came out for the job were punctual, friendly and left the place as clean as they found it. They engaged with me when they needed to to make decisions but apart from that, got on with their work quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely delighted with our loft boarding and wrapping from The Attic Guys. Communication was excellent, the survey was efficient, and we quickly agreed the very competitive quote after discussing a few options. The team arrived exactly on time at 8am just a week after the survey and the project was completed the next day. The guys were very considerate to us and carefully protected carpets, hallways and belongings. We had Darren and Dave come to do our install. They arrived in good time and cracked on straight away. Floor protection was put down and off they went. They worked like Trojans the pair of them. Well impressed with the work ethic. They got all our stuff down and put it in our garage. The old boarding and insulation came out as did a bit of leftover spray foam (we had to pay a bit extra for this but it was worth it just to have it done and dusted). We had to go into a second day and this was to finish the clear out. The new insulation and re-boarding was next to go in. A new loft hatch and ladder was also installed, very smart it is too! We were very impressed with the finish of the loft boarding it is 100% better than it was. The clean up at the end of each day was good but there is a lot of dust so be prepared - it's the nature of the job and we didn't expect Dave to go round with a duster. Would we recommend The Attic Guys? You bet we would! Thanks to Dave, Darren and Mitchell.

Had the pleasure of meeting the team who completed a pretty nice transformation of my attic. Genuinely recommend the attic guys to complete yours. They were kind, funny, professional and completed the job to a fairly high quality. I got the attic fully insulated and boarded along with a new access hatch with a ladder installed.
