I've been to many different dentists, safe to say my experience in this dentistry was the most sophisticated one. I've came in to fill up some holes on my teeth, they were most careful to not make it painful and they did a great job on that. I never in my life felt so comfortable during the dentist appointment like this one. The only most painful part of the whole treatment was anticipating for the needles to inject anesthetic. Even the anesthetic wasn't too painful, not to mention the treatment. Dr. Trevor was the most amazing dentist I've met. I had a great experience with Montana and him the whole time, very fun and relaxing experience I'd never expected to have in the dentist office. I'm definitely coming back for my wisdom teeth here.

Given my age (well over 50) I have a lotta experience with dentists. Have had good and even great ones over the years but the office of Dr. Gordon West is the best.....ever. Here's why: You are handled with care and kindness the entire way. Greeted when you show up and what's especially important is how insurance/ billing is handled on the back end, they are superb with working out the details and following through. Reilly, my current Hygienist, knows everything there is to know about maintaining my teeth, gives me specific things to do and, with my help (haha), over time I'm seeing results. Dr. West communicates clearly, puts me at ease with what has to be done, the work is done properly and his Assistants are all so well trained and care for their patients. From start to finish, this crew is the best there is and I trust them completely, very grateful.

The number one dentist practice in Colorado! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding! They treat you like family. I have been coming here for some intense dental issues and my fear of the dentist is no more. They are absolutely wonderful in every aspect of your dental needs. Very Satisfied I have found Dr. West to be very professional, intelligent about up-to-date procedures - modern in his approach, and willing to listen to me, the patient. To be honest, I do not think he is more expensive than anyone else I have been to see. It is a matter of getting the correct procedure for one's care, and he does offer alternatives to consider. His staff is very helpful and kind.

Nothing but great things to say! I had a different dentist in Lafayette, but a dental emergency led me to BCS. They took care of me immediately and scheduled an appointment for two root canals with an endodontist (Mark Wood) that they partner with in the same building. I was on an antibiotic for a few days prior to the endodontic treatment, which was also a stellar experience, and following these root canals walked upstairs to BCS to finish the procedure with fillings on the crowns the endodontist worked through. I was in and out for two rear molar root canals and follow-up treatment in two hours, start to finish! I've since been back for the new patient process, full x-rays, exam, scheduled cleaning, and the experience was as good as any I've ever had. Everyone person on BCS staff has been welcoming and capable. They also seamlessly handled insurance billing, and their prices seem affordable with or without insurance.

If you have various things going on in your mouth (and health!), you need this practice. I have a bunch of issues- tmj and jaw issues, narrow palate, receding gums, tongue thrust, mis-aligned teeth, and through Dr John and Dr West's help, I am confident we will be able to resolve all of this issues. I had a great experience with Dr. West and his staff. I was seen within 3 minutes of my appt time. Everyone was warm and pleasant. The tech was very clear with the procedures and explained everything well. I thought she did a great job on my teeth.

I don't write many positive reviews, but after reading the other Yelp comments, I felt compelled to write. My experience with Dr. West and Dr.Johns has been the best. After an accident last summer where I damaged all 4 of my front teeth, I have many interactions with both docs and office staff. Throughout the process, I've been treated with care and respect. The entire office has gone above and beyond to provide care for me. I have had lots of dental work over the years and they are a top notch shop. The crowns that have been replaced by Dr. West have been perfect. I've never been to a more skilled dentist than Dr. West and Dr. Johns.

I've been going to Dr. West since 2008 and have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Dr. West is knowledgeable, creative and listens to your concerns and questions to make sure you have fun understanding of your options and that he has understanding of your concerns. He is always implementing the newest and best technology and practices into his office, ensuring that you are getting the latest and greatest treatment. The staff have been nothing but wonderful, Rhonda and Janessa are two of the best hygienists I've ever had. Cleanings are a breeze and the tv's and massage chairs are a nice touch for an activity that few people enjoy. If you're considering cosmetic work or have a complicated case, this is the place to go. There is no one else I would trust with my smile other than Dr. West.

My husband and I have been using Dr. West as our dentist for probably 13 years now and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Though he can be more expensive than some dentists, I have been very pleased with his professionalism, his dental expertise and the way he and his staff treat me. My last dentist was so uneducated in pain management, I left sobbing after he added a crown. I have never experienced that with Dr. West. He has always listened when I expressed concerns. In the last couple of years, we moved all four of our children from their pediatric dentist to Dr. West. They have also expressed that they really like going to see him. No more dental stress in our house. . . Yay!
