This is a great piece of workout equipment. I normally finish my shoulder day with forearms and spend time waiting for either the cables or dumbbells to open up lots of times wasting a good half hour. With this I literally just pulled it out my back pack and got my forearm workout done in 10 minutes with the best forearm pump I’ve ever experienced. Superb product.

Sportsgrips sidewinder is the best way to work your arms & upper body. Great device for forearm training! I have both versions and all of them are very high quality. You can train your forearms properly using variety of resistance axis and settings. Totali recommended!
