I've used this company twice now and both times they performed perfectly and quickly. The first time I had some leaks in the main water valve coming into the house and they repaired the shut off switches and has been leak free ever since. Then, this week I had water leaking in my basement in my HVAC room. The team was able to figure out it was a water heater leak, come to my house to analyze the fix, and install the new heater in only 3 hours from my initial call. Incredible service from this group, I highly recommend to anyone needing a reputable and responsive plumbing company.

A quick Google search for a plumber led me to Family Roots Plumbing in the King of Prussia/Wayne area. My initial contact was with an extremely courteous and helpful gentleman named Roey, who set up my appointment the day I called to request a plumber. From that initial call to several subsequent phone conversations with Roey, I knew I had made the right choice in selecting Family Roots. My problem was a leak in a vanity cabinet in a bathroom off my primary bedroom. Prior to calling Family Roots, I suspected the problem was with a point-of-use electric water heater attached to the sink in that bathroom. The technician who came to my home to assess the problem, Sam G., confirmed my suspicions. He even took photos of the underside of the water-heater unit to visually show me the problem. Sam then went on to explain that the water heater which I had needed replacing - something which I had suspected all along. (What had started out as a minor drip gradually became worse and worse over the course of a couple of weeks.) After confirming the problem, Sam offered his advice on a replacement unit for the one I had; suggesting a Bradford White 2.0 gallon point-of-use water heater. Sam advised me that I would be really happy with a Bradford, as they are among the best water heaters made and have great warranties. He also advised me that it would be good to install new flexible supply lines at the time of installation of the new unit. He quoted me a price, prepared a written estimate, and told me he would have the new unit in a day or so. Today was the day that Sam returned to perform the work for me. I think of myself as a "neat freak;" but today I met my match! (Must be because during our conversations today we discovered we share a mutual birthday!) Anyway, from laying down tarps in strategic areas, to removing his muddy boots before going upstairs, to cleaning up and leaving the bathroom even cleaner than it was when he started, Sam was amazing! All those things don't even speak to the quality of this master plumber's work! I spent some time watching him as he did the installation. His work was thorough, meticulous, and completed to perfection. Finding a tradesman whose workmanship is of the highest quality, as is Sam's, is truly rare in today's world. Hopefully the respect and admiration I have for this man for a job very well done is evident in this review. If you are in need of plumbing services, I recommend that you definitely give Family Roots a call. Whether it is Sam, Ryan (the owner), or one of the other technicians who comes out to your home to assess the situation and service your home, you will not be disappointed. You won't be dealing with some huge, corporate-owned entity where customer service and client satisfaction are not always guaranteed. Family Roots is a perfectly-sized, family-owned business which truly values its customers, and which does a great job of earning every client's trust that the job will be priced right and done well. (PS I have no affiliation with this company, and up until about a week ago, had not even heard of it. It was my lucky day when my Google Search led me to them!)
