Sunrise Office Systems is the BEST! I rarely ever go online and provide reviews, and when I do, it's almost always for a terrible company. This is not the case with Sunrise. They are a small, family owed operation and just the nicest people to deal with. Truly. Plus, their prices cannot be beat. When I opened my business, I was appalled at the lease cost for a big copier/scanner & obtained quotes from several companies. It was going to run me what a car payment costs. Ridiculous. Their operation provides the copier/scanner, that rarely ever breaks down or has issues (not unless self-caused geez LOL), includes the toner, and the cost is pennies on the dollar. Sometimes I feel bad it's such a low price I offer to pay more :) Their customer service is second to none & if you are experiencing a time sensitive issue & need immediate assistance because your system is not functioning, they will drop whatever they are doing and send a tech out.
PS: I am not getting paid for this review or any sort of discount or special from the company. I know how hard it is to find good people that provide quality service @ a reasonable cost so I felt compelled to give them a review.

Verified We used Kyle and Renee for years at a previous employer. Fast forward to a new employer and a copier on its final leg, we called Sunrise Office systems. Their communication throughout getting a new copier, taking our old machine, getting it all set up and even working with our IT department to get everything running perfectly. We had issues with our scan, and they came out not only once, but twice to make sure it was all running. I would highly recommend them over and over again.
Verified Last week I did a little gambling. Nothing new for Las Vegas, I suppose. But this was not in a casino. Instead, I bought a (used from eBay) Canon Imagerunner Advance C5250 Copier for my small business.
The seller was in California and delivered it on the back of an F350 pickup. We rolled it off using an 8 ft ramp I built. The seller took off, and I wrestled the thing (400 lbs worth) into my house.
When I plugged it in, I got an error message. Aw crap!
Conversations with Canon and others stoked, rather than assuaged, my fears. One unscrupulous seller of refurbished copiers assured me that my machine was toast, not worth fixing, that repairs would be in the thousands of dollars.
A little browsing of Yelp! brought me to Sunrise Office Systems. I left a message, expecting a call back on Monday. Instead, I received a call Sunday night from Renee, who assured me that Kyle would be able to stop by on Monday to look at the machine.
My copier is now in good working order. The cost? Two hours of labor (mostly cleaning and adjustments), plus a small adapter to get my copier networked on my wi-fi.
If you have a copier that needs fixed...CALL THE BEST, SKIP THE REST. Small business take note: This is the copier repair you are looking for.
Verified We have used Kyle and Renee as a referral for printer and copier repair/service for years. We have used them to fix the copiers in our office as well. We love that they actually do what they say and don't try to B.S. us or our customers. They come in and do the work. Their rates are reasonable and cheaper than other companies. If you are having and issue with your copier or printer they will get you up and running again. As a side note, they DO NOT work on inkjet printers.
