Would very highly recommend Mouza for a beautiful personalized engagement ring! Out of our appointments at various Hatton Garden jewelers, our appointment at Mouza was by far the most helpful and informative. Teddy shared tons of great knowledge that goes beyond the standard 4Cs that the other shops focused on. Teddy was also consistently on top of things as the first point of contact once I decided to go with Mouza. She helped with picking a stunning diamond that more than meets both official gradings (e.g. carat, clarity) and eye test results that these grades do not capture (e.g. the nature behind blemishes not visible to the naked eye). Miro and Sarwar were extraordinarily helpful with the ring design. They made repeated design tweaks based on our ongoing discussions and produced CAD models accordingly in a timely manner. We had a good amount of back and forth in this process, leading to the first 3D printed prototype looking exactly the way I wanted it to. They also graciously lent a complimentary placeholder ring for free to use for my proposal. The ring was ready for pickup just two weeks after the final design was approved, and both my fiancée and I absolutely love it! We are so happy we went with Mouza, they really took care of getting all the intricate details of our customized ring done with great care and precision.

In love with my ring from here! Miro was very patient with us as I was very particular about the design of the ring and wanted to use the center diamond inherited from my grandmother. They created multiple 3D wax rings until I was happy with it. What I appreciated was that the team suggested I get the diamond laser ingraved from a reputable gemology lab so that it would be traceable, which gave me great piece of mind. The finished ring has the authentic stamps/markings to confirm platinfum metal was used and was verified by a 3rd party appraiser. The ring is incredibly sparkly and the pictures don't do it justice. Will absolutely be going back for our wedding bands! Could not recommend Mouza enough!

I was very specific about every aspect of the design, and Miro brought my vision to life with exceptional attention to detail and finesse. I cannot recommend Teddy & Mouza enough! They are by far the best jewellers in Hatton Garden! Me & my partner went into Mouza to just browse engagement rings to give me an idea of what I might like. I went into the appointment with no knowledge or expectations and was blown away with the service. I am SO glad Mouza was the first appointment we had as they set the standard so high. Teddy made the whole process feel so easy and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. We went through everything about diamonds in detail and I came away from the appointment feeling reassured and excited. We spent the whole appointment chatting and laughing, it felt more like catching up with a friend than a sales appointment. Even though we spent hours with them, there was no pressure to come back or even buy. We had to cut our appointment short to get to another appointment in Hatton Garden but we came straight back to Mouza, and didn't even go to our third appointment because the experience did not even compare one bit!! The service, warmth & attention to detail at Mouza were on a completely different level! When we returned, Teddy helped me chose the style of ring and then I left everything else up to my partner, feeling 100% confident in Teddy and the team! I was over the moon with how my engagement ring turned out and I couldn't have wished for anything more! I genuinely couldn't recommend Teddy/Miro and the rest of the team more highly to anyone looking for an engagement ring, especially if like me, you had no idea where to start! I don’t often leave reviews but Mouza has warranted it. Firstly the service was amazing start to finish, I want to especially thank Teddy who was our point of contact, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. Always communicated with me, she even got us a stone far better than we originally were offered. I’ve met many jewellers on the street, but none of which gave us such a personalised service as Teddy did. She was delightful, answering my texts no matter the time of the day, she cares about her clients and it truly shows Their process was very thorough, from designing the concept, to the CAD, then the resin version and the final product. We couldn’t be happier with the final version. I want to also thank Miro, who was there to support any questions I had throughout the process. The issue with most jewellers is they get desensitised to the clients, but honestly it was very clear how much Mouza cares about their customers, understanding this was a special moment for us. They’ve earned a lifelong customer in me, and I couldn’t recommend them enough. From start to finish they were happy to educate us, guide us and ensure we ended up with a priceless product. I can’t thank you enough!

We are so grateful to Miro and everyone at Mouza for helping us find the perfect engagement ring. Mouza was the first place that we went to look at when shopping for the perfect style. We described to him what we wanted and he brought out some similar styles which were all lovely. He then gave us his advice. He looked at what my (now) fiancée was wearing and her overall style and he brought out the most BEAUTIFUL ring we’d ever seen. She tried it on and we were both nearly in tears because it looked so great. I made up my mind on the spot. Miro however put no pressure on us. He doesn’t need to sell his jewellery, because it sells itself. He remained helpful over the next few months and also helped me to get the right insurance.
