After hearing horror stories from my friends about their window installation, i took a while to search for a reliable window contractor. I decided to engage the services of Victorious Windows And Doors Pte Ltd to replace my windows after reading the reviews and discussion with Victor. I opted for HEAVY DUTY Windows (thicker frames) as it's more durable especially with the ever-changing weather conditions. During the installation, the workers demonstrated attention to details. They didn’t rush through the job and took the time to install the windows and frames. They also cleaned up the debris at the end of each day. There was a minor issue with the locks in one of the rooms after the completion. Victor took full responsibility and they came down to fix the issue. The new windows also helped to reduce the outside noise. (Note that this is Heavy Duty windows. Not soundproof). See attached video. Good job to Victor and his team!
