I highly recommend A&A! As someone who knew very little about HVAC systems, I was honestly a bit intimidated going into the process—but they made the process easy and I learned a lot along the way. They took the time to explain my options in clear, simple terms without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to decide. Their pricing was fair and transparent compared to other estimates. They were quick to respond, timely with their appointment, and were kind and respectful. They got the work done within a week and I now have heat for the winter!

Shane came out after a long hot day to get our critical cooling system functioning properly in under an hour. A&A probably isn't the "cheapest HVAC game in town," but I've always gotten a fair value, knowledgeable, friendly people, and a completed job on the multiple occasions I have had the pleasure of working with them.

We had an air conditioning unit go out in the start of triple digit heat wave. They were able to schedule us right away. Michael came out and was able to fix the unit. Michael was great. Knowledgeable and super nice.

All I needed was a furnace igniter. They were most gracious in selling me one, unlike most of their competitors.

Stopped by shop a couple times trying to get parts and free advice - they were extremely helpful and patient trying to locate parts for a 30 year old furnace. After replacing all the parts I guessed might fix it and didn't - gave up and requested service. Tech arrived this morning and methodically went through the system and finally found the problem and replaced a part and explained what it does and why system failed. Armando is a true expert in his field and has excellent customer service skills. Highly recommend this local company!

6+ or so years ago, A&A installed a Lennox packaged unit onto our property along with uninstalling the old one in its place, their workmanship and professionalism has continued throughout these years when we finally encountered our first issue... The heater part of the unit quit working. We called A&A after calling a technician from another company, he suggested that Lennox has warranty that will cover the parts as long as its through the installer, depending on what needs repair, and sometimes labor. Within a week our heater was back up and running with two new expensive parts, and no charge for them nor the labor! They further won my lifetime support considering I believe we should have been charged for the labor (by looking at the Lennox warranty labor is covered for 3 years) but yet they asked for nothing and got us up and running just in time for Winter with multiple trips to our address. The technician from A&A was also extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk with. We easily would have spent $1,000 if it had to be out of pocket, so we're extremely grateful we chose A&A along with a Lennox unit.
