Just back from beautiful Sardinia and my third retreat with the amazing and ethereal Mel. Such care, love and attention to detail in every retreat - Mel goes way and above to ensure a magical experience. I have come back refreshed, reenergised and replenished. The meditation, yoga and workshops offer a variety of experiences - no pressure to do all of them - just go at your own pace.
