safari ngorongoro Tanzania We were extremely pleased with our safari experience with Safari travel plus, Our driver John was very experienced and engaging to an extent that he went out of his way to make sure we made the most of our safari. This was my second time in Tanzania but my first on safari. The quality of service was very good, we were happy with the accomodation choices that had been booked for us in Arusha and Ngorongoro and generally very satisfied with the itinerary.Thank you for everything Susan and Elizabeth and the whole Safari Travel Plus Team!

kruger & cape town safari We are not seasoned travelers, but we often love to plan our vacations on our own with lots of research online before we book the hotels and flights. This however was different as the more we read about Africa the more overwhelmed my husband and I felt. When we found Judy and Safari Travel Plus, we realized immediately that we were in good hands. Judy soon became my best email friend. She always replied to our questions quickly and included our ideas into the itinerary she made us. We had thought of a few countries in southern Africa but finally settled for South Africa. Our itinerary was smooth and well balanced. Tanamera lodge was a great place to relax after our long flight. There was lots of animals to see on our first day at Arathusa safari lodge and we did enjoy our stay in the sabi sand game reserve. After our wildlife safari experience we spent sometime in cape town. The city is unique and we really enjoyed our time there especially at the victoria and Alfred. Through out the safari our guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. Thank you, Judy and Safari Travel Plus for a wonderful African safari.

Hakuna Matata Perfect is how i would describe our masai mara safari with safari travel plus. Everything went really smooth from the moment we contacted them that we wanted to do a 3 day safari to pick up at our place of residence to drop off after our safari. Great tour operator with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The mara was everything we pictured it to be and more. Lots of wildlife and a vast wilderness that makes time feel like its standing still and nothing else matters but that very moment. All our daily routine seem meaningless. Will never forget this experience and how to live in the present moment. For me the mara was more of a self discovery for some people, spirituality is about a devotion to a religious faith. For me i seek out a more personal connection with my spiritual side by engaging in such activities as yoga, meditation, spending time in nature. All in all everything went as planned my only disappointment is that we couldn't drink the bottled water we were provided because the van didn't have a cooler and that was a bit frustrating.

awesome masai mara We just got back from our Kenya safari i really enjoyed it, i don't even have words. Its really beautiful to see the huge amount of land that the animals have to roam around . I was a little upset initially that i didn't get to see a leopard but to be honest Im just glad that the experience was more than i imagined.Patrick our driver and guide knew where the animals were where to look and that obviously made it a lot more easier for us and we saw so many animals like buffalo, elephants, kudu, zebra.What really amazed me was the size of the elephants bigger than our safari jeep. I was literally blown away. There is something about each animal that is really special and beautiful and i really enjoyed this experience.Patrick made it so must better because he was like explaining everything to us, obliviously having a guide is always nice because you get more info than you would on your own.For the 3 nights we were in mara we did two game drives a day and we loved it. The food at the lodge was really nice and i can't remember the last time I eat so much. Safari Travel Plus were very professional from start to finish. Once again thanks guys.

Safari and a beach paradise We are a family who’ve been living in Nairobi for quite a while now and visited most of the parks and tourist attractions. My husband and I were planning to do something different either a Tanzania or a uganda safari. We had been told by friends who have visited both Kenya and Tanzania that the Serengeti was a totally different experience from the likes of masai mara so we wanted it included in our itinerary.After a bit of research we thought it a good idea to do a Serengeti and Zanzibar safari just the two of us without our kids and we started by contacting a few tour operators and one of them was safari travel plus. What impressed us early on was the quick responses we got as we went back and forth with Carol at Safari Travel Plus. She was really knowledgeable about Tanzania and the places we could visit around the Zanzibar area.When i asked Carol what she thought about my choice of Serengeti and Zanzibar she asked me how open i was to other suggestions and then suggested Seychelles. The idea sounded super cool because we were thinking a safari and beach so when Carol told us that seychelles beaches, were in a category of their own we were definitely open to the prospect.Finally we settled for a 13 day itinerary which included other Tanzania parks like lake manyara, ngorongoro, Serengeti and 4 nights in mahe seychelles.The trip was awesome! We flew from Nairobi to Kilimanjaro Airport in arusha, there after we headed to lake Manyara for 2 nights then ngorongoro for another 2 nights finally serengeti for 3 nights then took a plane to mahe.One activity that was added to our serengeti safari was a hot air balloon safari which is just super cool and for those romantics out there a must do especially if you are a couple.Game drives were in the morning and in the evening and from what we were told were the perfect times for game viewing.The safari van was always clean and in great condition.In mahe we stayed at Banyan Tree, a super luxurious resort with amazing staff and we felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves.seychelles is paradise on earth. If you have never been to seychelles is definitely worth exploring. The sand isn't just white it's so beautiful it’s hard to describe.Carol did a superb job with logistics and its only while on safari that we realized just how well planned the itinerary actually was.Once again thanks for the awesome luxury vacation, would do it again in a heartbeat.

memories of a lifetime Our second trip to Kenya with safari travel plus A beautiful experience with memories that will last a life time. This time round we decided on Amboseli and Masai Mara safari. Carol our travel consultant who handled our booking was always prompt getting back to us.Our driver and guide Dickson was great went out of his way to ensure we saw lots of animals and even assisted us with haggling at the curio markets which can be quite a challenge for "mzungus" as foreigner are known. Would definitely recommend safari travel plus. Once again Asante Sana!
