The spring broke on our door. The serviceman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave us helpful maintenance tips.

This was he second time i had used Overhead Doors, first was to replace the opener in our home, this time because I couldn’t get the unit to reprogram a new code and opener. The tech was on time and extremely friendly and looked the system over to make sure it was good and got the unit reprogrammed in no time. Definitely will use them every time I’m in need.

I just wanted to let you know that almost no contact is required. Found the opener, direct drive Infinity, which is much nicer than the old chain opener, on their site, ordered and scheduled the day I wanted it installed. They did call the day before installation to verify what to bring. I just wanted to let you know everything is done on time and at the estimate listed. Very happy with Overhead and its products.

I called when my garage door would not go up and I could see the spring was broken. I was put on a time frame and was so happy when very shortly after getting my time frame the workman callwd and came very quickly and gave ne an estimate of the work, completed the work and was very informative and kind. I love this company!

We received prompt service on our maintenance request but we requested a receipt emailed to us. WE have not received it yet at this time, and the job was done on 2/13/26.
