They allow me to track a unified set of construction budgets, invoices, approvals, and make electronic payments directly to vendors. What used to take me hours each week to review invoices, process vendor payments, print out checks, and coordinate with vendors to drop off those checks, now feels almost effortless since much of it is done with a few clicks thanks to all the work OFTB has put in to help setup the backbone of the system.
