Nick G was awesome!my answer was no from the start but after Nicks inspection pointing mold both black and white , rust nails, moisture on beams and poor ventilation we were actually at a health risk and Nicks assessment was roof was coming up in sections and gutters were backing up. Nick was very flexible with pricing and payment plan so we decided to join the Dream Home family!! Nick should be praised for his knowledge and professionalism.Dream Home is lucky to have him!!!
