My husband and I have been going to this practice for many years while it was under Dr. Rosenthal. Last year, Dr. Kamal took over the practice and has continued the excellent service we have come to expect from them. One thing that sets this practice apart from other dental offices is it's ability to create custom dental work (such as a crown) in the office immediately. No temporary crowns and mailing impressions off and the back and forth that requires. We've visited the practice twice during COVID and have been impressed with the cleanliness and precautions that are taken to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Dr. Kamal is very thorough in his exams and cleanings and has excellent bed-side manner. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist. You can expect to be treated as a human here and not just another insurance claim.

I was a bit nervous, but the dental team was very reassuring. The entire procedure took about 45 minutes. I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction, just some pressure and tugging. After the anesthesia wore off, I experienced some discomfort and swelling, which was expected. The aftercare instructions provided were very clear and straightforward. I did not experience any complications like dry socket or infection. By the end of the first week, the swelling had significantly reduced, and I was able to resume my normal activities. Had a procedure on my teeth and Jenny did my procedure from start to finish. It was a great experience and she walked me through every step. Jenny and Jessica are always pleasant and helpful at all my visits.

One of my crowns that was placed with temporary glue came unglued. I called the office and left a message. Before the office opened the next morning, I received a call to come in as soon as I could arrive. I arrived around 820. Within minutes, I was taken to the back and Jenny, the dental assistant reglued my tooth with permanent glue. I have had no pain 24 hours after the procedure. Thank you Jenny! You are the best!

I visited this practice for a sleep apnea mouth appliances. The practice is very professional, and the staff is very friendly. The dentist answered all my questions in a professional manner. I have been looking for a dentist I can go to for life. After visiting Dr. Kamal, I can safely say that I have found that dentist. My previous dentist falsely claimed that I had 8 cavities, but Dr. Kamal assured me that I had none. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to do anything to make you feel comfortable.

Doctor Kamal is a highly skilled professional able to handle any dental procedure. His assistants and administrative staff are the best I have ever experiencd. During my most recent visit on 18 April Dr. Kamal performed a complicated and unscheduled extraction with patience expertise. On 4 May he skillfully installed an implant which feels good and is working fine.

I always have a great experience here. I was seen minutes before my scheduled appointment (no waiting!) and received excellent care.

Great place to get your dental care done

I have been coming to this practice since before Dr Kamal bought it. In fact, I was a patient of Dr Rosenthal’s for about 40 years or so before he retired. I was worried at first… I believe your dentist is probably the professional that you have to have the most trust and confidence in, and trust isn’t given, it is earned. Dr Kamal has earned my trust. I have been completely satisfied with the dental procedures that I have had performed by Dr Kamal. I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time (which is important to me) and I appreciate the professionalism, and friendliness of Dr Kamal and the entire staff!

They were able to accommodate extensive dental work at a moments notice in a quick and professional manner. Extremely thankful that they were able to turn a nightmare for someone that travels heavily for work into such a simple process.

The dentist there was awesome and the front desk lady/dental assistant was the kindest woman. What impressed me the most was when doing a routine cleaning the dentist there never hurt me one bit with an intrument yet I had the best cleaning . He was also extremely knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell me some bs extra treatment like other dentists. I believe his name was dr lamp check them out.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The Doc's are super nice and super professional. They've taken care of my smile for 2+ years now! I did an implant, couple crowns and do my yearly checkup here. Appointments are always adjustable and I believe they have the lowest prices in the DMV area. Been coming here as a kid before Dr. Rosenthal retired(now 27). The staff and hygienists have always been and continue to be extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful with anything you need. Dr.Kamal is professional and excellent at his work, when i had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out last year i was honestly very anxious about the experience. But to my surprise, the procedure didn't take long at all, and during the whole process and before Dr. Kamal explained everything step by step and made sure i was feeling ok while he was working. Highly recommend coming here for your dental work and cleanings.

I went in to Dr. Kamal's office after not having been to a dentist in about two years. The staff was very nice and I didn't have to wait in the waiting room really at all. The hygienist took x-rays and did an initial brushing and flossing. Then Dr. Kamal came and did a more thorough cleaning. It was all pretty standard for a dental cleaning. I have to say that Dr. Kamal did not overdiagnose or overtreat me at all. It is really wonderful to be able to *trust* your dentist and I absolutely trust Dr. Kamal. He said the same things that my dad (also a dentist) has been saying about my mouth my entire life. I knew that Dr. Kamal knew what he was talking about. I did not have any procedures done, other than the cleaning.

I had my first visit here the other day and loved my experience. I was able to call and set up an appointment that day, and when I came in, the woman behind the desk remembered me and was very welcoming. Another patient came in while I was waiting and she seemed to be a regular, but I really got the feeling that the people here care about their clients from the interactions I saw. The dental assistant was very kind and we had a nice conversation while I waited for Dr. Kamal. He was really through with looking over the xrays and talking to me about my dental health. I didn't feel like he was rushing through my visit to get to the next and we had time to talk about living in the area and for me to share the very limited Arabic I know. I will be returning here for as long as my insurance allows it!

Invisalign treatment at 3D Dental was exceptional. Started in March 2021 and completed in July 2021. Went for checkups and dentist cleared room to ensure teeth would be able to maximize straightening. Never had braises when younger but definitely worth doing as get older since experiencing gum issues in addition to a nice smile and more effective when flossing. Great investment and coverage if have dental insurance with one time orthopedic coverage.
