I contact Kingston Plumbing after be reccomended by someone else. Absolutely tip top service from start to finish. Ryan explained everything to me and options I had throughout the process. He commited to the bathroom being completed in the time frame and soured all the other trades needed to complete the job. I would highly reccomend them again and again. I booked ryan to do my full bathroom after an awful experience with a cowboy 'plumber'. My new bathroom is incredible! He was punctual. Worked tidy. Talked me through what he was doing that day. He takes so much pride in his work and makes sure it is done perfectly! He is also a great guy who is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend,you will not be disappointed!

Booking the quote was easy and did online. Ryan turned up on time and understood our vision. He met us at Cliftons to show us the items that had been quoted and for us to finalise what we wanted. He was flexible to suit the times when we were free. Really pleased with the work that has been done and will be booking in the future when needed.

Liam came straight away, when I had been let down by bigger company. He carried out the work straight away after giving me a price (lower than the other company). He had the parts to fix my toilet and stop tap on his van. I will definitely will use him again.

After struggling to find a plumber to fit an outdoor tap at my home I messaged Ryan and he turned up that day to see if it could be done as its a bit awkward, he told me how he could do it and then sent me a quote, arrived just a few days later job was done brilliantly, I finally have an outdoor tap! Booked online which was so easy I was doubtful I had got am appointment however ryan turned up on time and got cracking straight away. He was professional and respectful of the home at all times (putting covers on his shoes etc) his work was fantastic and he got done quickly 👍🏻👍🏻 would recommend for the quality and pricing alone. I always referred to the ensuite as my nemesis. However, fast forward 8 days and a sprinkle of glittery sparkle, it's now my favourite room in the house. Ryan has been amazing. I was dubious at first of engaging with someone I didn't know or who wasn't recommended but was pleasantly surprised that not only did he actually come to do a quote but arrived at the time we agreed - I've been let down so many times in the past by trades!! He listened to what I wanted and offered advice where needed. He provided detailed quotes really quickly, with no hidden costs. Ryan was so patient, especially with the amount of glitter and sparkle and my ever changing wish list and guided me through what could realistically be achieved within my budget. He gave me links to local suppliers, providing sizes and styles to consider. Arranging a date for work to start was easy and Ryan fitted in with my timescales. He kept in regular contact and confirmed the day before what time he would arrive. He ws great from the moment he arrived. He kept us informed of what he would be doing that day, continually checking that I was happy with the progress. Half way through, there was a "I've changed my mind" moment, which didn't phase him at all and he just went with it. Thankfully, the items were out of stock so we stayed with the original plan and I'm so glad we did as the finished product is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan - I ensured there was a constant supply of tea and chocolate hobnobs which helped. It feels strange to say about someone who came to do work in the house and was only here for 8 days, but he now feels like family and we will actually miss him and his very cheeky banter!! Ryan is polite, professional, considerate and completely skilled in his craft. He is excellent value for money and worth every penny. I would highly recommend him without question and will 100% call on his services in the future. Thankyou Ryan - I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom 💕.

Ryan was brilliant. Inspected my toilets and sinks and told me exactly what was wrong and needed doing to sort them. He ordered relevant parts and installed them all the next day in my sinks and proceeded to sort my toilets. I could not recommend him enough 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
