Two technicians changed all my smoke detectors…Mike and Sully. Both were professional and skillful. They answered all my questions and were highly knowledgeable. I called with my problem before midnight and spoke with the father who advised me how to turn off the alarm on the circuit system. The next morning the entire problem was resolved thanks to ACME.

We had a fantastic experience with ACME. They originally installed our electric charger over three years ago, and it has been working flawlessly ever since. When we recently moved, Dave came out and relocated the charger to our new home, and once again their service was excellent. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything was handled smoothly, and we truly appreciated their reliability and quality workmanship. It is rare to find a company that does such a great job both on the original installation and years later when additional service is needed. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality electrical work.

Amazing service, and a great price! I called on a Thursday and had an appointment for Monday morning. Dave was super informative and easy to work with. He explained exactly how the transfer switch would work and how to use my generator with it. He offered to walk me through the process and let me video it for future reference and he mentioned putting together a document to share as well. They were by far the best price of the 3 places we got quotes from, and the most responsive. They answered all of my questions and made it very easy. I will be using them for all electrical needs in the future!

Joel was amazing!!! He took over another job where we had to let the electrician go. I was hesitant at first because I knew he would be walking into a mess he didn't start. When he got here he looked at the job and said he would take it on. He is very smart and figured everything out pretty quick. His prices are great and he was able to get power to 3 different circuits that weren't working. When he left the job it was clean and everything went smooth! Would highly recommend him

Joel arrived promptly. I thought I had a bad circuit breaker but it turned out that my ceiling fan was broken and the electrical sockets were tied to the old light switch. However, he troubleshot for me, fixed the things that could be fixed, and now just need a new ceiling fan. I'll have Joel back out to install my future electrical projects.

Joel is a top notch professional who got the job done fast, reasonable rates and per code! I was looking to install a 240V EV charger outlet in my garage. Every electrician I contacted wanted me to upgrade my panel as I didn't have enough capacity. I even had 2 electricians come by who quoted me $5k plus for the job and extra on top to repair the stucco and running the permit and waiting in line at city hall to get it done. Joel was the only one who bothered to show up on time and look at the specifications on the panel. He pointed out that it clearly showed that the panel was rated for much higher than my current breakers and all I needed was an extra breaker for the EV charger. He also pointed out that the city of Anaheim waives any permit fees for EV charger installs. He also had done his research with his contacts at the EV manufacturer to verify the exact outlet type needed. Even more, the city of Anaheim allows you to file permits online without having to go there in person. NONE of the other electricians mentioned this or bothered to look it up. Joel was the only one who went the extra mile and explained the whole process to me. I was skeptical at first but when the city inspector showed up, he signed off on the job in under 2 minutes. He also said that I did the right thing by not upgrading the panel as it would have caused both me and the city a lot of headache to possibly upgrade the main feeder lines for the new panel. Joel is through and a great communicator. I highly recommend him for any of your electrical project needs!

Joe was very personable and professional. He was very patient when I asked questions and was very willing to answer all of my them. He explained why the power loss happened. In addition, Joe showed me what I could do to solve the breaker problem myself, if the same problem happened again. He also showed me how to label which circuit controlled what part of our house. I am so thankful for Joe's expertise, charges, and honesty. I will definitely keep him as our own electrician, and most certainly recommend him to others!

Bob, was GREAT! He was on time, he was professional and thorough and was tidy in his process. He cleaned up after each job. Unlike just one other contractor that demanded his payment before the work was done, Bob said when I am done totally, you can pay me. We were from out of State, and this was a very stressful time in getting ready to sell my family home. I appreciated his honesty. I picked him out of Angies List because we had no other sources to look for a good electrician. This was a great choice, and we were and are very happy. The GFI's took more time because of the location that needed to found for dropping them in. The dishwasher was not difficult, but the Microwave was. The Microwave was a lesson learned by Bob and my husband. At first it did not fit, but with just a little bit of and quot;what ifand quot;, it was installed and it looks great. What was consistent with Bob was he was always careful with his equipment. He had a trainee with him, and he reminded him of being careful. If he created a small scratch he pointed it out to us. That is being honest. He was always pleasant when he arrived, and still maintained that positivity when he left. Now if I could just transport him here to where I live - myself and all my friends would be overjoyed. Those of you who live in Lincoln, this is your guy!

We used Angie's list to get three bids. One contractor was too busy to even give us a bid. The second was okay. The third was Acme. They did not give us a bid immediately but wrote it up and had it in the mail to us a few days later. The quote was exactly what we were looking for...detailed and with each specific request broken out. We needed several things done but wanted to do them one at a time. Bob came over to complete the first portion, completed the work in a timely manner, was very professional and stuck around a few extra minutes to discuss some other work we are considering. Acme had offered to hang the fans for us but we wanted to do it ourselves. Bob labeled the electric lines and showed me exactly what I needed to do and left me the wire nuts to do it. When we need to complete the rest of the items on our list, we will be calling Acme back again.

Went very well. First of all, with the ability to schedule Bob for Saturday was extremely helpful and convenient for us. We set the time at 8:00AM several weeks prior. two days before he called to confirm, which we appreciated. Showed up exactly (!) at 8:00am. and worked on all the rooms. His estimate for tie required was accurate. went through the rooms and got each one done very well. Very friendly and in addition to installation, also provided tips and suggestions on further plans we have for the house. Will definitely use again!!!

The electrician was happy to explain everything he needed to do and the reason it needed to be done. He was prompt and courteous, obviously very knowledgeable. He explained several different ways he could install the outside receptacle where I needed it, and helped me decide on the most esthetically pleasing way. I was pleased with the results.
