We were not home when services were provided and the work requested was not completed. We had trusted this vendor from having utilized them in the past and were frustrated to not even receive a phone call back when we left a message. We paid a premium price for tile and carpet cleaning that was not performed. We were in shock when we utilized our home carpet cleaning machine and were able to clean spots that were supposedly serviced by them.
