Everything about the experience at this clinic was just terrific! First and foremost they knew what they were doing! That’s not a.given in health care these days. I recently went through 2 painful frustrating months trying to get, what should have been an easy diagnosis of inguinal hernia. A doctor friend from Wisconsin finally had to get on the phone to complain to the IU Urology Clinic before I was referred to a surgeon who quickly figured out my problem and took care of it. I digress. The lady I saw at, Bright Life…she’s the owner but her name escapes me, took the time to clean my ears of wax, then diagnosed my loss of high frequency hearing loss accurately, made sure the new device wouldn’t overwhelm me by overcompensating with too much volume and started the process of making sure that the earpiece fit comfortably. The new gadget looks like it will be far superior to my 10 year old device. In an age when so many people do the bare minimum, she spent the time to do it right and worked 15 minutes past quitting time. I’d give 6 stars if I could!
