Used for the first time and they were great!!! Came within a 1/2 hour. Was told by ins it could be an hour to an hour and a half but they arrived really fast. They were very helpful and kind. Tried to charge battery first and then we needed a tow home. Gave us a ride and all was done within an hour. Jean and his "helper" were both very professional.

Chris Nelson is the guy you want to change your tire. He was very courteous, professional, warm and friendly. He got the tire changed quickly and when we saw the spare was really low..almost flat, he followed me to Circle K and paid to air up my tire. I only hope, that if I am stuck again, that I get Chris as my service guy again. YOU ROCK CHRIS!! Very very nice guy!! R&R Haulin...he's a keeper!!

I rarely leave google reviews, but today was an exception. Finding professionalism and people with top notch customer service these days seems to be rare and harder to come by. Unfortunately, my car broke down today and I needed a tow. My insurance was giving me the run around so I hopped on google and called a nearby towing company. It was nothing short of a blessing to see R&R first. I called R&R, explained my situation, set a time for tow, met with driver, and got the car home safely for repair. Chris was punctual, polite, and extremely professional at what he does. R&R made my bad situation today an overall good one. I highly recommend them. I will be recommending them to friends, family, and coworkers, and will definitely use them if needed again in the future. Thank you again Chris and Thank You R&R 🙏🏼🤙🏼
