Josh came to the house to assess my blown off shingle. Quantum took care of the problem and fixed the potential of future failure. All done in a timely manner and under warrenty. I couldn't be happier with the results.

My roof was damaged due to hurricane Helene. By the time we had Quantum out to get a quote we had seen many roofers, all of whom wanted to see the insurance docs and quoted us prices based on that. Besides the fact that Jeremiah was very informative and personable, I was really sold when he said at quantum we give you the same price with or without insurance. I really appreciated that transparency in cost. Due to the schedule being full we had quite a few weeks to wait before they came out and Samantha did a great job keeping me updated. The morning of the job she was very responsive to me via text and actually took my husband's number so she could talk to him (he had concerns and was the one at home). By the time I was having lunch at work my husband texted me saying they were done and just cleaning up! They did a great job picking up nails and debris, and the roof looks and functions great! I recommend quantum to anyone needing a new roof!!

From the initial inspection Josh took time to listen to me Ian’s understand my needs and requests and considered all. He called back a day later with a plan, set up an appointment and explained everything in detail along with pricing and time frames. The initial impression was excellent. Through the planning and preparation the office staff kept me informed of what was being accomplished and time frames. Upon confirming receipt of all materials they scheduled the installation which was timely and respectable to us and our neighbors. They insured the job was completed in one day and were extremely courteous during the installation. They returned the next day and inspected the completion which was found to be excellent. They have provided me documents confirming all work in the event a storm or other tragic event transpires requiring service. We are extremely pleased with the product and proud that we elected to have Quantum Roofing manage the project and I feel we have not only completed a business transaction rather built a few friendships.
