We chose CQC to remodel our kitchen based on the company’s reputation and initial consultation. We did a complete remodel of our kitchen down to studs with new walls, cabinets countertops floors tiles appliances and lights. Tommy Lunceford was our project director, and the entire team that contributed to the project including Nathan, Kelly and Shawn; did an amazing job to walk us through every step and bring our vision to life. Our kitchen is large and the team accompanied us in making most selections for the space. It was a long project and it was not without the expected delays and hurdles but Tommy and the team did a great job on communication. The cabinets were meticulously made and the finished project looks amazing. The tile work and major installations were done well. Kelly brought our ideas to life and Nathan did a great job of overseeing the everyday work schedules and installations. We have a last bit of work left and cannot wait to see it completely done. CQC’s design portion was amazing! I could not recommend Tommy, Kelly, and Eric more to anyone. I have been wanting to redo my kitchen and bathrooms for years. I met with several designers and contractors over the years, but always pulled out of the projects for reasons related to cost or not fully happy with the final design. After Tommy’s persistence, I met with Kelly and Eric. They both are truly amazing. CQC just finished a 5+ month remodel of our kitchen and laundry room/pantry and we are beyond thrilled! The whole process from the design phase with Tommy and Margarita, to the completion with Justin, Jon and Mike getting it all done, was wonderful. They kept to the timeline, got me back in my laundry room quicker than I expected and were able to do some additional work to get our 25 yr old house in tip top shape! We had a 3rd floor attic project completed by CQC almost 18 months ago. Last week we noticed that the air conditioning unit they had install was starting to pitch. We reached out to our project manager Justin Koch about it and within 3 days his crew was out here and it was fixed. Now THAT is how you handle warranty issues. Outstanding service from CQC - oh, and the crew was super nice even in the extreme heat!

CQC just completed a room renovation for us, converting a small bedroom into a multi-purpose project room that can in 1 minute (we timed it) be converted into a cozy guest bedroom. This project included raising the ceiling to the sloping roof line, adding a skylight that can be fully shaded when a guest wants to sleep in, building a closet system to increase storage space, installing a Murphy bed, and a few other tweaks. We could not be happier with the process and with the result! Not only is the end result great, you wouldn't know that this was a recent reno, given how seamlessly it fits into the rest of our home. While our project was not large by the scope of many renovations, we were treated just as importantly as if we were doing a major whole-house make-over. Also, the folks at CQC, and the subcontractors they worked with, were all wonderful people who were friendly and fun, as well as talented, effective, and efficient. We give a special shout-out and thank-you to Nathan Norstrud as the onsite project manager, who kept us super well-informed about what had been accomplished as the project progressed and what we should expect coming up. Nathan also got into the weeds of the carpentry that needed doing, and an excellent job of that. Nathan's dad, Shaun, helped a lot too, but Nathan was the star making sure on a day-by-day basis it was done right. Also a shout-out to Justin Johnson who drafted the architectural plans for how a relatively major redesign of a 35-year-old roof line could be changed in a way that gave us a loftier space without compromising the structural integrity of the roof. A third shout-out to Jenna Stephens. We had ideas about what the outcome could look like, but, as a designer, Jenna helped us focus those ideas and get to a great outcome. Finally, thanks to Michael Kirkland, project director, who kept the whole team moving forward with a great positive attitude. We had a simply wonderful experience with CQC and already told a few friends to check them out. From the beginning we were impressed by their expertise and focus on quality and truly listening to what we wanted to accomplish. Our project spanned throughout the home as a 2 level addition, front porch expansion and living room makeover. They kept the site incredibly clean and we were able to live through the renovation easily. In our experience having done several renovations in multiple homes, their performance and quantity is unmatched. CQC did an excellent job building our addition. We added a 3 car garage with an office, workout room, pottery studio with a dumbwaiter, and connected it to the existing house. The addition looks seamless and you wouldn’t know it wasn’t original with the house. Where they attached the addition to the house we converted two areas into a new bedroom and full bath. Tommy was incredible to work with throughout the process. He was knowledgeable and personable and helped guide us through any bumps or changes we requested along the way. We recently completed a home renovation project that involved the addition of a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. We had nothing but a positive experience working with CQC Home. Tommy (Lunceford) came to our house, listened to what we wanted and presented us with a detailed proposal and quote which included the addition as well as some needed structural repairs and the creation of a new laundry room out of existing space. The structural engineer was very thorough in his assessment of what we needed to have done. Jenna (Stephens) worked on the layout and design of our addition and laundry room. Jenna did a fantastic job presenting us with possible finishes for our new bathroom and laundry room. She gave us very honest opinions and made it easier for us to make our decisions. She was also invaluable when it came to choosing paint colors. Jared (Rosenau) was our project manager and he did a wonderful job keeping us informed of all ongoing work and lining up subcontractors. He was also available to help us move heavy items throughout our renovation project. We had a good experience with all of the subcontractors but we were most impressed with the tile person and his close attention to detail as well as the thoroughness of the painters. We’d also like to thank Mike and John for all of the work they did on our project. We are thoroughly enjoying our new bathroom, closet and laundry room and wouldn’t hesitate to use CQC Home for any new projects.

We worked with CQC on a massive 3rd floor remodel project to transform our unused attic storage into a now constantly used family fun room and half bath. One after another contractors came to see our project and either ghosted us without reply or flat out turned us down but not CQC. We used CQC to help waterproof our house (we were having flooding during major rainstorms) and to replace all our windows (no easy feat given the amount of glass in our house). FRED did an amazing job on the waterproofing. After multiple big rains, we’ve had no more flooding! The windows look awesome. Project manager Justin Koch was responsive and knowledgeable. The painters Quality Solutions Painting did incredible work, going above and beyond to match the stain on the existing wood paneling around the windows. Thank you, Gavi, Gabriel, Rosy and Luis.
