Mr Cooper was freaking outstanding. He was clear on instructions, talked slow so I could grasp all the information, and left me feeling positive and stress free. We just got started so I have 30 months to go. I'm trying my best to follow everything he said to do. My part is not to allow myself to get in this much debt again. Being 60 years old this June, I really don't need so much anyway.
