The delivery person is very efficient and responsible. The parcel was left on the shoe rack with my knowledge and permission. Delivery person sent image of the parcel on shoe rack. Later in the evening, the delivery person texted me to remind me about the parcel. S/he could have chosen to end his/her job when s/he placed the parcel on my shoe rack but being a professional, s/he ensured that I've gotten the parcel.

Few times use EasyParcel and my experience is extremely satisfied. Kudos to Amy and Fathieha who is constantly following up with the courier and providing me updates on the progress. I would recommend everyone to use EasyParcel services.

Website needs to allow user to reschedule parcels, but fortunately support was quite fast in helping. One of the more affordable and easier to use b2c logistics partner providers out there. Only pain point is the need to state receiver's id number for international mail.
