Ian does amazing work and professional, courtesy, and prompt 10/10 would definitely have Ian and Hero back out to handle any future plumbing issues. ******Update we actually had to have Ian and Hero back out to do some more plumbing and things workout great the work was completed quickly and professionally. It was great to have the work quoted and finished at the same price point so again if you need plumbing work done this is the way to go *******Update 07/09/24********* Had to have Hero out for an electrical issue full panel replacement and some outlets sorted. Nick and Brett did a great job. Not that I don't enjoy the work Hero does but hopefully we can get a break and not require their services for a bit, however if something else breaks around the house Hero will be the first on the list to call. **********Update 02/13/2025************ Needed to get my downstairs bathroom up the code for a renovation that we are currently doing so I had the guys from hero come out to install an exhaust fan prior to the shower and other renovations getting installed the team has always did great and I really appreciate their professionalism and courtesy as well as taking the time to answer questions and explain exactly the process, why they needed to do what they needed to do and making sure that everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner as well as keeping the cost down ********Update 03/31/2026********** Had Zachary and the Hero team out get an annual tune for the AC did a stellar job like all the team members I have had interactions with as usual. He was professional, courteous, in-depth and swift.

Quick response, thorough review of the problem and fixed quickly.

Mike did a great job reviewing and fixing the furnace and showed me the plan he followed. He was thorough and very trustworthy.
