We’ve had other home watch services over the years that we thought were going a good job. Well they were, but nothing like Premier Home Watch services. Premier is so thorough in checking everything out SMS sending photos of many areas and appliances of our condo. We couldn’t be more pleased with Carlos and Vivian. They are pros at what they do.

Carlos and Vivian are the owners. They are thorough, professional, knowledgeable, sufficiently staffed, and I was very comfortable with my home in their hands. I was away for 2 months and during that time there was a tropical storm, problems with neighborhood irrigation, spider eggs outside the front door, and important mail.
