Cascella & Sons recently finished renovating my home - adding a dormer to extend our master bedroom. It was a great and seamless experience from start to finish. The process started with John in sales, who was great, attentive and easy to communicate and work with. The person project manager assigned to us was Brett -- and we were so happy with how he managed the project. We were under a time crunch with a new addition to the family on the way so the bar was high and Brett delivered more than expectations. He was engaged from day 1 of us signing the proposal to final inspection from the town. He was great with scheduling, making sure it followed the architectural plans and doing a walkthrough with the framer and our architect before any work started so everyone was on the same page. Once the project started, everything was lined up in timing - leaving minimal to no non-work days and made sure the house was livable through the construction. Any concerns or questions that came up, Brett was always available via call or text - and was very understanding of anything we brought up. We are thrilled with the work, how quickly it was done and how thoughtful the project was planned from start to finish. I highly recommend Cascella & Sons and highly recommend Brett for any job renovating your home. We recently experienced a flood on the first floor of our home, and Cascella, along with their project manager Brett, stepped in and took care of everything. Brett is present in all things making sure we are happy and is super responsive to all questions as asked! Janelle, the office manager, is so sweet and wonderful answering all our questions and getting us in touch with everyone/anyone throughout the beginning stages of the planning process. They were all professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient, getting the project 100% completed before the holidays. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend their team. Sebastian and Mike were amazing and so professional and respectful in my house and even making sure my zoo of animals were safe while opening and closing the doors with supplies/materials and while working on fixing the doors. They were courteous with my curious children and answered a million questions! They made sure we were happy and informed with each thing as they did it! I recommend them for everything and plan on using them again in the future!

Cascella and sons recently finished renovating my home. We converted part of my home to an ADU unit. The person that managed the job was Brett. He followed everything from beginning to end. He was superb with scheduling, making sure it followed the design…. scheduled all our inspections and made what could be a very strenuous time more seamless than we expected….. whenever we called, he picked up the phone always there checking to make sure that the job was done to perfection …if we Had a concern he was excellent at troubleshooting and fix the problem. We are more than happy with the job that they completed and it’s better than we imagined…. I would not only recommend Cascella and sons. We recently completed a home extension project with Cascella and Sons Construction, and I want to give special recognition to our project manager, Brett Vandervoort. Brett took over the project after a transition from a previous manager, which came with significant challenges due to the initial underestimation of costs. Despite these setbacks, Brett was always responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented. He worked hard to navigate the complexities of Nassau County’s strict building standards and regulations, making sure we stayed on track without compromising quality. There were plenty of new obstacles along the way, but Brett never lost focus—he kept communicating clearly, problem-solving creatively, and pushing the project forward. It did take longer than expected due to various hurdles, but in the end, we have a beautiful new space that was absolutely worth it.
