Brilliant service and a good price. We couldn’t unlock our garage door so phoned, and Joel came the same day to replace the lock at a reasonable price. All was explained upfront so we knew the cost and there were no hidden extras. Really polite, courteous and did the job quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Hinge on Bifold door had snapped. Other Double glazing repairers / locksmiths did not want to do job including original installers. Another locksmith referred me to Jake & Joel. Very Professional, punctual, friendly and they replaced hinge which is working well. Would highly recommend them and certainly use them again.

IF YOU NEED URGENT 24/7 LOCKSMITH…THESE ARE THE GUYS TO CALL!A Sunday evening, fast turning dark, disabled & locked out of my home when key snapped off in door. Family member urgently rang many 24/7 locksmiths to no avail. JCarter locksmiths came to rescue. Joel maintained updates as he was finishing one call out & getting to me. Trustworthy, friendly, removed snapped key & got door open. Very fair charge. 7:15pm....we called 3 other locksmiths, all who could not come out or one who was wanting to charge nearly £180+! Then found this company, they came out within 20 minutes! And cost me the same as others would charge during the day! So quick, efficient, great job and Joel was so incredibly polite and friendly. I called Jake to ask if he could fit a replacement lock in a PVC door as I misplaced the keys. He managed to come round first thing and replace the barrel, provide new keys and also cleaned up the mechanism. Making the doors shut better than they have before. Overall top guy, easy to deal with and fairly priced.
