I have been seeing Angeliki for Sports massage therapy for a while now and it has been a fantastic way to aid recovery and improve performance from playing rugby and lifting weights on top of working a physical job. I have been able to return to rugby after sustaining an ACL tear in just a few months and my treatment with Angeliki has been a key part of my recovery. I turned up at Cariad Clinic with a lower back that had absolutely betrayed me. After just 2–3 sessions, I went from moving like a rusty robot to a semi-athletic human again. Hadley-James clearly knows his stuff and pairs expert treatment with great banter, which I should honestly of been charged extra for. I also left with practical tips and an exercise plan to keep my lower back under control and stop it plotting its next attack. Highly recommend and a very convenient city centre location too! 👏

Really great relaxed service

Very impressed with this practice. I had clear diagnosis, recommendations on how to manage my symptoms and some effective treatment, all in an initial 40 minute session - highly recommend.

Came to Cariad, Hereford, being treated for my neck problem, when I aggravated an old hamstring injury at work. Hadley scanned the area and pinpointed the problem. I followed his advise, exercises and things to avoid and now, so much better. Amazing.
