After seeing one of their advertisements in the mail I decided to give RMW a try. I was immediately impressed. Their office staff were friendly and helpful and the service was performed in a timely fashion and communication was excellent. They performed all the services I requested and even provided a detailed inspection of my car with some potential areas of concern, but they were not pushy about it which I really appreciated. It can be a challenge to find a shop you can trust but I feel like I am in good hands with Revolution.

RMW provides excellent service. They recently serviced my wife’s BMW SUV and a couple weeks later swapped exhausts on my Porsche. I take all of my cars there.

Friendly and professional service with knowledgeable technicians.

It’s rare I give a review, especially BEFORE I even get the car back but I have to really give credit where it’s due. They’re currently working on my 2014 Voltswagen Jetta, and I have to say the communication is ✨top tier✨ I bought the car very recently and kinda knew from day one I bought it in not the best condition and the the place I bought it from was a tad shady but I was pretty desperate for a car, and at that point I had already spent so much on the car and wanted to take it somewhere to get her all fixed up. After doing some research, I came across this place that already has really amazing reviews with the type of vehicles they work on, and I just had a good feeling. I told them all my concerns and that same day before they closed, they called me and let me know before they did anything, what the cost would be for the thermostat and duel fly wheel, which when my fiancé brought it up to the dealership I bought it from and told them about the noise and how he thought it was the duel fly wheel, they basically said that the noise wasn’t an issue and he just needed to drive it more, so I’m happy Revolution Motor Works knew right away just from hearing it & made us feel validated lol. They’ve communicated the how, the why, and what would eventually happen if we don’t take care of these issues over time. They take third party warranties (not like the dealership gave me a good one but it’s still a plus for RMW) Mark has been SUPER helpful and informative and honestly just a chill dude. Also, there was one woman on the phone I talked to once and I realllly wish I remembered her name but she was also super sweet and informative! She gave me a detailed list of what was needed and what the cost would be (which super appreciated they told me costs before they went ahead and did any work because a girl really just trying to survive out here lol) The price is worth it though. My car’s name is Helga. She’s a big back, German queen that just needed some high maintenance 💅 Again I haven’t gotten my car back and maybe I should have waited until after I got it back for this review but I just have a good intuition that they’re taking good care of her😌

I wasn’t good at keeping my truck up with maintenance last year but they pulled up the history even though it was my first time there. Went over every detail and explained it all with no pressure to do the extra work. They were very focused on my issues, they listened and were very pro about everything. My first visit to Revolution Motor Works was outstanding. I came in for just a routine oil change, but had such a positive experience that I plan to return for any future services I need. The team was incredibly friendly and informative. Pricing was more than fair and they even applied a discount for a current promotion that I was unaware of without me having to ask for it. It was very refreshing to find a place that didn’t try to sell me any parts or services I didn’t need and they gave me a detailed quote of what I’ll actually need in the future, only upon my request. Their first impression really makes the difference and I look forward to coming back!

Excellent service Well explained and understood. Descriptions and pictures, videos provided. Staff knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The most impressive huddle went on between staff and mechanics before the work day!

Once again RMW I had my Audi A5 to do quite a bit of work some of it was performance related. Some of it was maintenance upkeep and little suspension work. As I've stated before, not having to go to the dealer. You get peace of mind when you leave rmw. Also the staff always kind courteous professional. Even though I've never met the back of the house technicians I have the utmost Trust in their workmanship and their opinions on my vehicle. I will be using rmw in the very near future for another project with my Audi. As also when they say they will get you information on something they actually will come through. Let's get a highly recommend rmw.

Mark and all the staff at RMW are outstanding. They explain things very well and communicate issues quickly and honestly. It is easy to get an appointment and we have been happy with the work their mechanics have done on our Porsche Diesel Cayenne (oil change, new battery and other maintenance items). I highly recommend this business if you need work on your vehicle. My son also uses them for his Macan and has had good experiences with some big repairs. Cant recommend enough!

Fast affordable

I am totally pleased with my first experience dealing with RMW. The team quickly responded to my email enquiry regarding recommended service to my BMW X7's power train. They addressed concerns that the BMW Service Department downplayed. I brought the vehicle in for the scheduled appointment at 8am and had it back before noon. The result is the vehicle with 88k miles ran like it was brand new. Very impressed and will bring my Cayenne in for its next scheduled inspection. Highly recommended!

Took my Volvo in to get some issues diagnosed. This shop was great and fast. They worked hard to get the most fair estimate possible too. Although I neglected the repairs, I did get an oil change and surely will be back to my new favorite European car specialists.
