We recently completed a loft conversion and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Ashley and Ashton were absolutely fantastic. Their workmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. One of the things that impressed me most was how clean and organised they kept everything throughout the build. A project like this can easily disrupt daily life, but they went above and beyond to minimise any inconvenience so we could continue living in the house comfortably. They were also incredibly considerate of our family situation, especially accommodating my daughter’s sleeping arrangements during the more disruptive stages of the build. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference to us. Ashley, as the project manager, was exceptional. He was always available, quick to respond to any questions, and proactive in solving any issues that arose. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he always had clear, confident answers which gave us real peace of mind throughout the project. While they may be slightly more expensive than some other options, the quality of work, service, and overall experience truly justifies the cost — you absolutely get what you pay for. Excellent loft renovation with a dormer en-suite bathroom. We are absolutely thrilled with our new space. We took the opportunity to replace the roof, add skylights and improve a few peripherals. Adrian was an excellent project manager, and he and his crew had a great work ethic, helping us think through practicalities, coming up with design solutions and ensuring that we stayed on schedule. The LoftRoom team were great; we engaged with Paul initially and then Melissa, Helen and Maggie ensured we were kept fully informed along the way and answered any questions we had. I was nervously looking for a reliable builder to do my loft conversion. I heard a lot of horror stories about cowboy builders. I searched on the web and also asked friends and relatives for reference. From the beginning The Loft Room seemed professional. The gave me the quote and some of friends were promising some saving though I was not convinced with those contractors’ quality of work and reliability. I finally decided to go with The Loft Room. Over the project tenure the whole team was professional and either accepted my odd demands or convinced me why it was not a good idea. Dragos is a good project manager to bounce any ideas with. Andrei and his dad worked hard quality is good. I am happy not to go for few thousand pound saving but getting a worry free project completion and quality. I definitely recommend The Loft Room without any reservations.

One of the biggest advantages for us was that they manage all the individual contractors and timelines, which took away so much of the organisational work and worry. Everything was coordinated seamlessly, and the project progressed quickly and smoothly. Jamie, our Project Lead, was absolutely brilliant. He kept us fully up-to-date at every stage, dealt with any minor issues immediately, and consistently went above and beyond. He suggested thoughtful solutions we wouldn’t have considered ourselves — such as creating a recess behind our TV to neatly hide the Sky box — which have made a real difference to the finished space. Our other regular builder, Jared, was also fantastic: professional, reliable and always helpful. It was clear throughout that the team takes real pride in their work. The quality of the finish is excellent and everything has been completed to a very high standard. We are absolutely delighted with the final result and how smoothly the whole project ran. We genuinely can’t recommend The Loft Room highly enough.

I used my own architect/engineer and contracted Loft Room just for the build portion. Its probably easier for most people to consider engaging them for the full design and build service. The Loft Room operates like a well oiled machine and clearly is experienced with such a large portfolio of work. The various trades were great but I have to give special mention to Stuart and Lucian. Stuart the electrician was friendly, professional and respectful, and despite me running my own ethernet and electrical wiring in and around his electrical work he was very helpful and accommodating in helping me achieve that. Lucian/Lily the plasterer was great, he is such a pleasant guy who worked long and hard and did a great job on getting that smooth finish on everything. Ultimately the experience of a loft build will mostly come down to the team leader who does the majority of the building and brings all the various trades together to make it happen. I was lucky enough to get Vio - who is honest, hardworking, professional, and takes great pride in doing the work right. I must admit I am an unreasonably demanding perfectionist, but I've never had to worry about Vio cutting corners or getting things "good enough", he always built everything to a very high standard. Vio spent countless hours answering my questions and helping me understand the build stages and my design goals. Despite all this time spent with me eating into how quickly he can work and earn his money from completing the build, he was always incredibly patient and always answered my calls and messages. He really put huge effort into making sure I'm happy and that the outcome was what I wanted. I'd say what defines Vio is that he has great integrity in always completing the build in the best way, to a very high standard, and he genuinely just wants the homeowner to be happy with the build. I don't know how you could ask for anything more. I'm sure with another builder or company the build would have been a great one, but it was because of Vio that it was truly exceptional, and I have nothing but gratitude and the highest praise for his work.

A neighbour of ours recommended the Loft Room to us having had a fantastic experience with them, and having chosen them for our project we have been very impressed. From day one we were given very clear and professional information in terms of the quote, contract and schedule of works. Mihai and his team that worked on our build were friendly, professional and reliable, working on time to a high standard, taking all our requirements into consideration, answering any questions we had and quickly solving any small issues that arose. The decorator and the carpenter that installed our built in storage gave us a fantastic standard of work that really makes a difference to the finish of the room. Finally, the office team were a fantastic support and moved things along at a what felt like a rapid pace, with minimal disruption, to the jobs completion. We are extremely happy with our new space and can't thank the Loft Room team enough for a great experience and the wonderful transformation of our house! We would definitely recommend.
