My experience with 5 Star Cleaning water damage restoration services was Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, great Responsiveness and Value for their services, We had a false fire alarm in our apartment and caused water damage to our units and hallway. We called 5 Star Cleaning to come and take care of our water damage , Bob and Danial arrived under an hour , They were very professional and quickly cleaned up and extract the water from affected areas and set up the fans to dry the areas. They responded very patiently to all of our concerns and questions about the water damage. 5 star crew did amazing flood services during holidays.. We had some leaking from roof and water damage our ceiling, floors and walls, flooded everywhere. I was very worried and panicking that this will cost a lot,... Bob and his crew came responded to our emergency call at 3.00 am and arrived in an hour well prepare to manage it. They extract all the water , took our wet under pads, took our baseboards and set up their machines to dry the area. they did their job very well and after 4 days. it was dry, they put the baseboards back , installed new under pad, stretch and clean our carpets, I was there the whole time and observed their work. indeed, their excellent services along with great customer services gave me reassurance that everything will be okay and was back to normal even better, cleaner that before flood. We greatly appreciate their water damage services and we happily recommend them. keep up the great work

5 star cleaning did an amazing job in cleaning for our moving in to new house, where we needed house cleaning, carpet cleaning, carpet stretching, rugs cleaning, and upholstery cleaning services.They organize their crew very well and did all these cleaning in one day. Not only they were on time but also did a great job and amazing cleaning result by one company and got very good package price too. We were very impressed and we will use their cleaning services again. We gladly recommend them to our friends, family and others. 😀😀😀

Unfortunately, our main floor was flooded due to malfunctioning of our kitchen sink and water tap. I found out in the middle of a weekend night , where I went to kitchen to get a cup of water. where I stepped into pool of water in main floor. I was going crazy and panicking. Finally , I got online, called couple of companies where 5 star 24/7 line responded and Bob answered the phone and started to giving me advise what to do while the crew gets there. .His calming tone of voice gave me some pieces of mind to calmed me down as well and deal with it. They were here in less than an hour. They took control over the situation very professionally that I went back to sleep and went to work next day. . They did extract and dry all the water damaged areas and fix everything back to normal in few days with our insurance without giving us any hustle. We thought great company like 5 star deserve to get the excellent feedback and review to let them others know. We appreciated their professional customer services and their loyalty. We recommend them to others.
