I have been using this company for many years and have not been disappointed. They always have your best interest at heart. Today my son took my wheelchair in for repair expecting on having to leave it. He told Jack I had been fighting with the insurance company for 2 weeks to get a new one and that I was stuck without it. Jack said he could fix it for me and would do it then since I was so desperate. He fixed it on the spot. I am very thankful for this company, This is the service you get from every employee there. You dont find service like that much anymore. Thank you Jack so much. Able to sit and get some fresh air today because of your kindness and compassion.

On February 14 2025 the wife & I went to this store, looking to buy a mobility scooter for the wife. There are not many places that sell but a lot of rental places,it was a rental place that suggested Going here. Made a call before going and they said that they were available. I looked on line and saw many possibilities,how ever not sure what I would get on line would have suited what I needed. I've seen many scooters in the theame park and such But had to see one that I could check out to make sure it was the right one. I needed to get one that would be able to get into a kia soul with not much trouble. I believe we talked to every one of the staff , all very helpful. We were shown different models , but the one that fit the bill was The Go Go Traveler 2 elite I believe. The wife got to test out & I managed to get it in the car (it must be taken apart 5 pieces) but worked well and With a little practice taking apart and putting it back together is fairly easy, even the wife can manage it. I have added a very powerful bike Light & drink cup/cell phone holder both from Amazon. The wife has used it with ease and the speed was reasonable to her. It may have cost a few dollars more buying from them. But the piece of mind of knowing what you are buying is priceless. This place has a wide variety of other medical Equipment & chairs ECT. And they service what they sell Thanks To All The Staff🙃 Don't Hesitate To Call & Check Them Out !!!

QualiMed really helped me out during Hurricane Milton. Just hours before the storm we were in need of oxygen air compactors. Brenton had some available. Just 4 hours before the storm hit, they waited at the warehouse for us to pick them up. A+ service. 👍

The staff was very helpful when I bought my Go Go Scooter. Then I needed a battery for it after 4 years and the staff came through again. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great place I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
