The quality of your product is excellent, but your service is not up to scratch. I placed an order yesterday as a test; my previous order was in your system for at least four days before it could be tracked, and then only because I complained and suggested it was lying in someone's in tray awaiting attention. This is just a gentle prod to help you improve your service in the future. In this day and age most companies react almost immediately to orders. Good luck.
