I flew into San Antonio that morning and was in need of a processional yet stylish nail look for a corporate meeting the next day. I looked on Google and found Lotus Nail Spa after reading 100+ customer reviews. The nail shop was very clean and inviting and didn’t have a bad nail shop smell. The service was quick and thorough. My technician was perfect with his nail tools and did not hurt my cuticles. He shaped my nails to fit my fingers perfectly and was able to use my inspo photo to create a perfect look. Price was very fair for a full set with designs. I will continue to use this shop when I fly in to San Antonio. Thank you Lotus Nail Shop!

The key difference and why we continue to come back is consistently delivering outstanding service every visit. Their technicians are all professional and but we cannot say enough about how excellent Annie and Tru are. They take their time and pride in delivering great work every time, and even if it means getting an appointment may be challenging for now, the team at Lotus Nails deserves a visit.

I’m moving to the area and was on the hunt for a nail shop to call home and I found it. I went in tonight for a dip mani and a pedicure. I was fortunate to have time with both women business owners. I was the last client in for the night so one did my feet while the other did my hands. I didn’t catch their names and am a bit embarrassed that I’m describing them so impersonally when we had such a great conversation. I spent 1.5 hours with them and they did an excellent job. The pedicure woman was able to rid my big toes of ingrown toenails and I felt instant relief. She also gave me a killer leg massage. I asked her to not do any polish because my toenails needed a break. She did a very nice job cleaning up my cuticles, trimming and buffing my nails. I haven’t seen my bare toenails look that good ever. The manicure woman did a stellar job too. She cleaned up my cuticles and trimmed and shaped my nails exactly as I requested. She used 5 dips (2 clear + 3 color) because she saw that my thin nails need a little extra protection. And the hand massage was as good as the leg massage. If you’re looking for a clean salon where they take pride in their work, then you must get out here and support this family operated business. It’s owned and operated by 2 sisters and their husbands. They’re open 7 days a week with very good hours and they strive to ensure their clients are happy.

I LOVE this place ! I was recommended Lotus by a colleague of mine and thought, why not? Since day one, Tracy and her team have been nothing but nice, professional and super accommodating! I have been stuck in traffic, lost my keys, and have had to change my apt time once or time and they have always been understanding and worked with me! I’m very picky about my services and can honestly say they do such a great job! I decided to take my boyfriend(had never had a pedicure before) and even he mentioned how great the service was! Highly recommend ! Will Continue coming even if it’s a little ways from where I live, totally worth my commute !

Best eyelashes extensions, Tracy do magic with my eyelashes. I get them done and I can wash my face same day, no need for special cleanser like other lashes salons always try to sale me. The place is always clean.

I'm new to the area and searched Google for the best nail salons near me. Lotus Nail Spa had the best reviews, so I decided to give them a try. Wow!!! I was not disappointed. They definitely lived up to a 5-Star Rating. The owners and staff were awesome, very friendly and professional. The shop was lovely, clean and also provided a relaxing atmosphere. And, my nails look beautiful! I will definitely go back, and I will definitely tell my friends and family about Lotus Nail Spa.

After doing research I found this is one of the best nail salons in San Antonio. The staff is nice but yes- they were a little shocked that a 6'1 male was walking in for a pedicure and wanted color as well. But definitely worth the price. Their skill and the level attention they give you is spectacular. Definitely a spot I wouldn't miss out on, don't forget to schedule.

The Lotus Nail Shop is not only beautiful, but it has the highest quality of work. I have been in with the shop owner for 11 years. Lotus Nail Spa is gorgeous, tranquil, and provides the greatest work and customer care. I recommend this shop wholeheartedly.

There is nothing worse than going to a nail salon and not knowing what you’re going to walk out with. The new location is gorgeous and very very clean. I get so many compliments on my nails and inquiries as to where I get them done. As a working mother of a toddler, my nails take a beating, but still look great and stay that way for weeks! They were very sweet and accommodating. Just stopped by - saw it on our way to another store. My shellac French manicure wasn't great (Tracy didn't do it-someone else did) but ok. Had white polish in the corners of a couple of my fingers. Didn't ask them to fix it because they were closing.

I've been seeing Ty for my pink&white LONG nails for over 7 years. He is the only one who can shape my "whites" the way like them. I call them a South Beach look. They always look fantastic, and I get compliments all the time. I'm so happy that Ty and Tracy have their own place now. It will be soooo much easier to send my referrals to them...lol. Bonus (at least for me) Ty loves to talk football. The service I get at the salon is outstanding! Go see them. You won't be disappointed!
